The breakfast not expected I think you are able to do more

All good.

My room didn't include breakfast, but I didn't know that. So I went to the restaurant for breakfast every day, until the third day there was one staff checked my room no and told me breakfast is not included in my room. Then I should take responsibility for my mistake, so I apologized to the restaurant waiter and immediately made up the breakfast charge of SR297 for three days. However, if the first day, the staff can inform me of the problem in a timely manner. Then this mistake can be avoided as soon as possible.cause I really don’t want to spend 99 a day for breakfast. So I think the management of the restaurant is flawed.

The hotel is new, design excellent, fantastic pool area outdoor, room with complimentary nespresso coffee machine and set, wide shower in the bathroom. Staff super nice and kind, in particular the food and beverage manager, really clever, it was spontaneous to interact and chat with him, seeing so much care on the service. Supermarket and Burger King just across the road, for any possible need, super.

Difficult to find an argument but breakfast is just good, reduced about choices. I would have expected salmon, no. I found noodles to go as a good option i appreciated to extend the choice.

Although there is nothing in particular that makes this hotel perfect, in fact it offers in a very good way, all the amenities and facilities that a traveler may want. It is well organized, run by very hospitable and polite people, it is very clean, the rooms are spacious enough. the WiFi is fast, the breakfast is very good, and the location is excellent. It is walking distance from The View Mall, and several other stores. It is also close to major road arteries.

The hotel has a gym which could be much better equipped. You can have a decent workout but only the basic equipment is provided.

The location of the hotel is very good. The neighborhood is safe and one of the best in Riyadh. I must say I was amazed by the hospitality, and the great attitude of the staff. This leads me to believe that the management is very good and of high-level of professionalism. I would love to thank Mr. Shadi for his amazing management and I would also like to thank mrs. Abram and Mr. Said and Mohamed and Mr. Ahmed I would like to thank them from the heart for their hospitality and their professionalism

Very clean, good price and near by ALTAMIMI supermarket.

I was having reservations for 2 room with three nights and I put a note to provide me with connected room but as per the reception the Hotel was fully reserved therefore they cloud not manage to provide me with connected room. However, next day they mange to do it and they change it to connected rooms. Special thanks to hotel reception “ATLAL” she did her best until I moved the connected room

It’s quite a new hotel, so the facilities are good. The courtyard rooms were quiet and dark. The location is good and there are shops and a mall that are walkable. The gym was good and the pool was cool. It’s pretty shaded and I think this helps to keep the water cool, where-as other hotels have roof top pools and they can get bath like. However, It’s not deep and it’s pretty small.

The buffet breakfast wasn’t great. I’ve had much better at other Riyadh hotels.

Mr. Seif was very nice at the reception, HE was one of the reason i moved ahead with the hotel. His smile is very charming. There were others too who were very good including Mr. Fadi (Manager), Mr. Ahmed (Night duty front desk manager) and Mr. Abdullah. Everyone was so so perfect. They made us feel welcome in the hotel and i had 10 rooms in the hotel and so was the review by others. They have a good clean pool for kids too. By the way there were two other ladies too who were very good. I dont know their names but very attentive to our requests.

- The hotel premises and all staff were practicing safety protocols to prevent the spread of coronavirus. The bellboy was extra helpful, and I saw him sanitizing the cart before new pieces of luggage were put in there. - The modern ambiance of the hotel. Though it was not fully operating yet, we still enjoyed the facility and took pictures on our social media accounts. Interiors are so Instagram-able, especially the main lobby. - The spacious suite we had. We appreciate a sofa bed since we were a family of 5, including two small kids. - We genuinely commend the very hospitable and courteous staff in the restaurant. All of them made our family dining experience an indelible one. Special thanks to Mr. Abdur Razak, who received us and set our dinner. The Chef who made those tasty pizzas and unforgettable risotto and exotic salad, and to Mr. Taymoor and Mr. Hafiz during our breakfast. Proper protocols on sanitation and social distancing during buffet breakfast were followed. - I like the smell of the bathroom. It must be because of the handwash. Kudos to the selection of toiletries inside the bathroom. It smelled costly!

- Less than the basic bathroom necessities. There were no toothbrush and toothpaste provided even for just 2 people. There were no moisturizers, no shower cap, no bathrobes, and no slippers. This information must be indicated in the booking information. It is good that the location has a nearby supermarket to buy some of these. - Lack of variety on breakfast but not that bad on a 4-star hotel. We liked the coffee. - I found a cigarette butt in the corner of the room, which I think the cleaners missed since it was under the curtains
