Room was spacious and clean. There’s a CU convenience store at the corner of the hotel.
The parking situation was really bad. We had a small car, in the garage there were a few parking spots for small vehicles only, but were occupied by large cars. We had the very last parking lot outside in front of the hotel, luckily, but it was super narrow.

The location is great to reach the airport quickly and very convenient around restaurants and stores. The bed was really comfortable.
The parking was not guaranteed despite requesting one slot 10 hours ahead and no even effort was seen to reserve a parking area by the staff. So you have to first search an area where you can park before checking in. There was a bit of dust on the table and some of the items in the room are a bit old.

I loved the customer service…we got a king bed room but unfortunately we received two double beds instead. It was late and we were tired so we didn’t complain but in the morning we called the front desk and they apologized and gave us an amazing free breakfast which I greatly appreciated

Although English is limited the staff were all really lovely and made every effort to help. Particularly appreciated kindness of female front desk person who printed out maps for recommendations on where to eat locally.
This hotel is a little out of the way for the solo traveller but if you are comfortable navigating local buses this shouldn't be a problem.

It’s a five minute drive to the airport. That is why we stayed there. As other customers mentioned it needs an update. Also don’t recommend having the staff order you a cab, as they ordered us one for around 35$ and we declined it had a person help us with the kekao app and got the same destination for around 5$ it seems they use some sort of a VIP service.

The glass door bathroom. No privacy showering. The floor tiles were popping, can injure the feet. No restaurant and room service. Parking was limited.
