The location is convenience, nearby subway and convenience store. The place is mostly quiet, not too messy by peoples.
Should have more hanger for clothes. And the heater didn’t work every day while the weather is very cold. Also shouldn’t note the key password to get inside the hotel in public space.

The location is really great. However, the property itself is bad. However, the price was so low, so I cannot complain about it. I have all the utilities I need (including hot water). I wouldn’t suggest to stay here, if you are paying over USD30-35 per night. However, the duvet is surprisingly comfortable, and the air conditioning works well.
It is very not clean. Feel not very safe as well. The hotel entrance is at a back valley. I “checked-in” at 7PM, assuming there will be someone at the courter since I was told there would be someone before 9PM. But saying that I got in with the password that was shown on the main door (so everyone knows the password of the entrance), next to it is already the counter with my key room on top of the counter with no one at the counter. So what I’m trying to say is a stranger could’ve taken my room key and go into my room before I have the key.
