City location, quiet but accessible. Near Plaza Seneca Close to bus and train stations and the beach. Lovely clean hotel.

Nothing wrong with this hotel it is lovely. But I informed the hotel of my late arrival on the 24th June, providing landing times and I would have appreciated that the hotel had informed us of the biggest festival on that night meaning Alicante was closed off to all transport. No taxis would take us into the city and we were told to walk the 12KM to the hotel. Eventually we got a taxi who dropped us as close as they could which meant a 2hour delay in getting to the hotel. If the hotel had informed us of this I could have made arrangements to make this journey easier. Communication of this event to arrivals at the airport would have been welcome.

The rooms were very clean, we stayed in an interior room, it was very quiet, no street noise. The location was very convenient, close to all the restaurants downtown. There is a Mercadona across the street from the hotel. The bus stop is very close. Breakfast is very good with a variety of food. Bed was very comfortable.

Quiet hours need to be inforced beginning midnight. People are having fun until 3 am and then coming into the room and making noise (banging doors and talking loudly) and waking you up and causing quite a disturbance. There is no consideration of the other guests.

Very good reception staff on arrival, excellent and spacious room plus wonderful (and quiet) air con during a September heatwave. Location is to west of main city centre, but ready access to shops, bus and trams within 10 minutes walk. Some good local bars and shops, incl. supermarket opposite. Decent WiFi.

Somewhat noisy, little local bar opposite. The room was so big, it could have done with a few more pieces of furniture - a chest of drawers, a comfy armchair or coffee table, perhaps.

The Hotel is really well situated for access to the city centre, local transport hubs and the sea front. The air conditioning was great for keeping the room cool overnight. Free Wifi and a very very comfortable bed. The Solarium was a nice place to relax in the afternoons and take in some sun without being overcrowded on the nearby beach. The Hotel also had a free Gym and Sauna if you want to keep fit. The Hotel on the whole was very clean and the staff were amazing. The staff speak very good english if you're worried your spanish is not too good, and they were able to provide a lot of useful information on points of interest around the city. The Hotel is also on the Airport facing side of the city and was only 22 euros by Taxi. There is a supermarket (Supermercado) directly opposite (literally 8 metres from the entrance) the Hotel equivalent to a particularly well stocked Tesco Metro so it's easy to stock up on snacks and drinks for the hotel room in between excursions into the town.

The Hotel has no views to speak of, this is purely a consequence of being in the centre of a city with very tall buildings. It was not an issue for me, but this is not the hotel to pick if you want a room with a view. The floors are thin we could hear the family above us walking around - not a big issue for me personally as i'm a heavy sleeper, but might be worth asking for a room on the top floor if you're sensitive to noise. The bath is very narrow - i'm a broad guy and the bath was noticeably narrow.

The staff,they were excellent very helpful and cheerful. One girl on reception was particularly nice,sorry but can't remember her name,but she sorted taxis for us and have us plenty of information. Nice sauna and steam room. Large comfy beds. Nice bathroom with bath and shower. Toiletries. Plenty of hot water. Towels changed every day and room cleaned.

Nothing not to like. The one small point is that I would have liked the bedding to be changed once during or 9 day stay.

the location was great the staff were very helpful. the breakfast was lovely huge selection. we left behind our earpods i emailed the hotel and they were so helpful they found the EarPods in the room and advised if we arranged courier they will have the EarPods ready for pick up. I did that and we got the EarPods a week later. so helpful. very grateful.

the bar closed at 11pm so it would of been good if it opened a bit later. the Sauna wasn’t working

The hotel was located the near the train station and was very close to the main tourist attractions. The hotel was spacious and clean. The hotel was great to come back to after a long day of sight-seeing.

They have a very limited restaurant service which operates only during certain times. We wanted to have lunch at 1.30pm and the restaurant was only serving coffee. They could offer food as guests travel and arrive at all times to the hotel, and sometimes its easier to grab a bite at the hotel before heading out on the arrival day.

We chose the Suite to give us more room and the feel of an apartment which we normally stay in. Every part of the suite was huge including the Balcony, although there is no view it was nice to have the outside space to sit and relax outside. The bed and pillows were so comfy we both had a fabulous sleep every night. The rooms are well insulated, the only noise we heard was people allowing the doors to slam when they came in with suitcases

This was a good location to get into the main town via a short walk to the main streets and the beach. Not too far plus Alicante is flat and easy to walk, pedestrianized areas. The room was pleasant for 3 of us a good size and the bathroom was nice. The hotel was clean.

The service at the front desk took a long time, we were locked out of the room. The room wasn't cleaned while we were out.

Breakfast was fairly standard. We would’ve liked a choice of eggs and for the bacon to be crispy, but that’s a British thing! Location was perfect halfway between the shopping area and the seafront and across the road from the supermarket and a little pub. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

We have been here before, so nothing could have been better apart from a more interesting breakfast
