The only and most irritating thing was the hotel manager..she used to speak with every German speaking guest,but barely spoke with English speaking guests like us..at the dinner time she used to create a long waiting queues with no reason..she use to speak with every German speaking guest, rather then check room number and off you go for your dinner..we were with child under two, so waiting wasn't pleasure..we travel a lot, but it was first time that hotel manager, is painfully irritating and use to be there 24/7, at the breakfast and dinner time taking plates of the table and etc.. might be staff shortage,but she is a manager - so do your job and manage people. Also the child chairs were dirty every day..seems nobody was cleaning them, I had to clean it all the time..

The location is excellent, a very short distance from the beach, and also not too far from the bus station at the top of the road, which is useful when going to Alcudia direction. The staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist Esperanza - thanks for all your tips. The room is clean, and the beds are made every morning, which is great. The air-conditioning also works quite well, which is super critical in the summer heat. The buffer breakfast and dinner isn't the best I've seen, but there are enough choices that you won't go hungry. The bar lady downstairs is also very friendly and the pool area is awesome to relax at. You have to pay 10 euros deposit to get a get pool towel and 2.5 euros to replace it when dirty - totally reasonable. Note it is a family hotel... But as a solo traveller I did not find this too disruptive. The rooms are also well insulated from sound so I did not get woken up once due to noise. There is also a fridge in each room, useful to keep a bottle of water cooled (the tap water does not taste nice at all). All in all, good value for money hotel and you will not go wrong booking it.

The coffee / cappuccino automatic machine doesn't make the best cappuccino, but it's a small niggle. The bathrooms are design in a modern way, which means the shower only has a glass fort covering half the entrance. This means when showering at full water pressure, water definitely spills in to the whole bathroom. Just a note as you will need a towel to mop it up. Perhaps a Design over Function issue. I any event the bathrooms were cleaned every morning so this was not a issue, just observation.

The location is great if you decided to stay in Can Picafort. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Moreover, the hotel is just a 2-min walk from the beach. The bus station is also conveniently located approximately 5 minutes away, allowing you to visit nearby places: Alcudia, Palma, Inca, and Playa de Muro. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast. They offered a wide variety of options to every person's taste. From fresh fruits and vegetables to eggs, yogurts, pancakes, churros, and the local delicacy - ensaimada (a pastry) and Sobrassada (typical sausage). The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. I particularly appreciated having an empty fridge in the hotel room. The daily cleaning service was good, and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly kind. Even though I didn't have any special requests, it was reassuring to see how friendly and helpful the hotel staff were. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary access to their spa from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM, which was a great way to relax on cold and rainy evenings. They also provide free access to a gym for those who want to stay active. While I didn't have dinner included in my stay, I heard excellent feedback from other guests who did. The hotel's dining options seem to be of high quality. As for the amenities, I had no issues with the Wi-Fi, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made for a warm and peaceful sleep at night.

One aspect that was disappointing during my stay, and the reason I give a rating of 9 out of 10, is the shower situation. The shower cabin was only enclosed from one side, causing water to easily spill onto the bathroom floor, reaching sink and toilet area. This meant that the bathroom required cleaning every time I took a shower, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, it's worth mentioning (although it didn't personally affect me) that there were no kettles in the hotel room. This may be relevant to some guests who prefer to have it available during their stay.

Interior, a lot of nice small details making huge difference. Service, staff was very attentive, helpful. Food, beyond my expectations, loved variety.

Only thing didn’t liked and that’s really bothered me as I’m non smoking person, was smoking area by the main entrance and in quite humid air everything stays around. And overall Mallorca needs to improve, restrict more smoking, as it feels too not obeying smoking rules island., sadly

It was one of the best experiences I've ever had traveling with my family. Starting from the reception, it was a good stay as they were super welcoming. Only compliments for the staff who worked hard in the restaurant and the waitresses! They were always so friendly and attentive to our requests! The food was great, and they offered a variety of options during the 6 days we stayed there! Last but not least, a big thanks to Nicol who left our rooms new and tidy! We noticed a big difference when she was the one cleaning our rooms

Everything was great, hotel was very beautiful and modern. It has a perfect location, next to a very nice long sandy beach, there is lot of shops, restaurants around. We had in the room breakfast and dinner included, it was amazing as well, there was huge selection of food, everything was very tasty, so I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

The only negative thing about the breakfast and dinner that the plates and cups were lot of times dirty, not precisely washed, so it took a lot of time to find fully clean plates and cups to eat/drink from.

The location is great. The staff is really kind and attentive. Everything is super clean and it’s a perfect hotel for short holidays.

I believe the mattresses are too soft. And definitely the coffee should be improved. The coffee from the machine is not good at all. The dinner options I have the feeling that could be simpler..do not try to over complicated if it’s not possible to afford the ingredients. It can be simpler and delicious…

on arrival I was greeted by a friendly face and very helpful staff sorting out what was needed

the place is clean and modern the rooms spacious the staff are all eager to help and nothing is to much trouble, the food is delicious and varied whats not to like - so much so I decided to stay a 3rd week

The hotel was lovely, the staff were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and the faculties are excellent.

Unfortunately the pool was not heated and as a result was very cold. We asked for a double bed but got two single beds which were comfortable but unfortunately kept pushing away from each other. I know the hotel doesn't offer double beds but other hotels clamp the two single beds together to make a double and the clamp prevents them drifting apart so I would recommend this option for the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was also impressed with the food selection for both breakfast and dinner.

The first room I was in smelled of mold/mildew and also I woke up to a cockroach in my shoe. The staff though booked me in a new room in the better section of the hotel after two nights which was very appreciated.
