Hotel Centro Vitoria AutoCheckIn

The hotel is very centrally located just south of the old town and 10min aways from the train station and university. Auto check-in was very convenient as it provides a lot of flexibility. In comparison to other hotels with single rooms I stayed in, the room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. Everything was clean and in proper working condition, including the AC, and WiFi was working very well.

Only two negative points to mention here: The rooms are rather noisy and opening and closing of doors to other rooms is especially noticeable. This is nothing particular to this hotel though. What could easily be improved is the lack of shelves in the bathroom.

As centrally located not the easiest to find with a car as not appearing to be directly accessible. Best to park up and walk the final streets. We arrived late evening so could park on the streets for free, and leave before 9.00 the next morning . The hotel is accessed down an arcade with other shops so you could easily pass by. Whilst there was a receptionist who is available until 8.30, there preferred option is to self check in via an external machine that needs you payment card and passport. Be aware two locals tried standing behind us in this process, we believe to oversee passcodes and/or await us leaving either the passport or card within the machine. Be warned. The hotel is centrally located with many good bars/restaurants and shops adjacent.

Would have preferred receptionist to have checked us in rather than asking us to use external machine.

The location is great. Rooms are clean, well-lit and face a backyard so it is quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Self check-in was quick and easy. You can store your luggage if you’re not traveling right after check-out, I appreciated that a lot. The lady at the reception was very nice. There is a vending machine for snacks and beverages which can be useful.

The walls didn’t seem very soundproof, I heard the TV from two rooms down.

the room was very clean and comfortable. Very good beds and bathroom. The location is a bit unusual but it is very central and easy to reach. Facilities were limited to 2 vending machines, but they worked very well.

No view outside out window. Room faced a patio. No out-of-hours support. I wish there was a phone number we could call if we had trouble in the evening/night

It was a perfect central location for me to visit friends living there.Clean,tidy and comfortable for a bed for the 3 nights I was there.

Nothing-it was excellently priced,I felt very safe being on my own there.

Perfect location next to the old city and very close to main square. My room was internally facing and was very quiet. Also room was clean and new looking so all good.

Air con was good to have but I could not change the temperature - seemed stuck on 18 degrees whatever I did

Location was very centric but it is inside a commercial gallery, access is pretty easy though. There is a private parking next to the hotel.

This auto-checkin experience is very impersonal for my taste.

If I have another chance I will come there. It is the fourth time for me that I have chosen this location. The price is convenient, the acomodation is optimal, the place is very central.

Once we got thru the check-in, the room was good. The staff were very helpful. The location was close to many good restaurants, just go out the back way!
