NH Collection Victoria

Location is excellent, food at breakfast as well. Though hotel is big, and I expected crowded breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised to see a quiet and always available seat for breakfast. Choices were very diverse. Room was quiet, clean, and I did enjoy the coffee machine available there. The most I appreciated that room cleaning was coming after 12:00 (noon), when I was away and not at 8:00 o'clock in the morning. Excellent!

There is nothing I could say. maybe not so much perfume at Reception, but one gets quickly used with it. Is not that I did not like, it is just too much at the moment you enter, and I prefer a neutral scent.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April. To get to the hotel from the train station, we had to take a taxi. The hotel is well located in the older part of town. Our room was of reasonable size with a comfortable bed. There was enough space in the room. The bathroom was ok. We did not do breakfast at the hotel as the price was 30 Euros per person. There are breakfast places near the hotel but they are usually not open till past 10:00 am. We did find one on the way to Alhambra. All in all a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was a bit steep, Euro 20/person and as such we did not avail of it. We ate outside but finding cafes open around 9:00 am is a challenge.

The building is very pretty, and the room was spacious. I loved the breakfast options. They gave us a bottle of water. It is very central, but easy to get to since there is a public parking lot under it.

The shower was broken and, thus, the hotel staff moved us to another room. However, that was a twin bedroom rather than a double bedroom because they didn’t have any other double bedroom available. They didn’t let us shower in the twin bedroom and sleep in our original double bedroom, but they rejected our request. No compensation was given. The underground garage is tight and hard to drive when other cars are moving inside there too. There could be a payment machine near the hotel doorway to the garage.

Finding the hotel parking was a nightmare, after 45 mins decided to park in public parking and then walk. When booking it should be explained that there is a N H Victoria parking app which takes you to the parking, it would make life a lot easier.

The location was fabulous, the front desk staff were wonderful (Alfonso specifically is really helpful and professional), and the hotel was really comfortable and well maintained. We also had a beautiful view from our little balconies. We were travelling with our two dogs as well, and the hotel was really accommodating and the walls/doors are thick so they weren't irritated at all. Can highly recommend this hotel.

The only small issue is parking. All the parking available nearby is pretty expensive, and you can't park in front of the hotel and take your luggage out because of the traffic, so just keep that in mind before booking.

The location: from train station is only 4/5 stops, and just less than 50 meter from the hotel. and close to everywhere within walking distance; the staff: very helpful and friendly- they even provided with a package of food when I could not have breakfast due to my early morning departure. the room: wooden floor which is my favorite, well organized furniture makes it very roomy, a small balcony can have the view from the snow mountain even when standing outside; the sleeping room even have a second door to keep the sleeping room quite from the noise from corridors and warmth/coolness; the bed: very good quality bedsheets and warm quilt..very comfortable bed as well; the breakfast: so much variety of high quality food with a good collection of loose teas..

A perfect location for exploring such a beautiful city. The hotel looks and smells amazing (trust me you will understand when you go there) The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very relaxing with excellent facilities and toileteies felt and smelt luxurious. We had excellent views of the city, great for people watching. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning, a very varied selection and enough to feed an army. Again the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but not in your way. We will definitely stay here again and seek other hotels in the NH collection.

Absolutely nothing, well other than you can't buy the fragrance they use in the hotel as it is one that is made specifically for them.

The hotel is well located in the centre of town, near shops and restaurants and not far from the cathedral. The public spaces are very pleasant, and the room was large and comfortable, with a desk for working and some armchairs for relaxed reading. We had an internal room but this came with an additional large 'patio' space in the atrium with a couple of easy chairs. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and good quality food. Eggs can be cooked to order. Overall a very nice hotel.

My only real gripe was the coffee in the room. A machine was provided but with only three pods, only one of which was decaff, and there was only one milk. There was a kettle as well, so it would have been easier just to provide a few coffee sachets and milks than an additional machine with insufficient consumables.

The best i could make, an excelent hotel very near from the main attrations, also the mini train that makes the round trip (get in- get out) in the city has a stop almost in front of the hotel, which is very convinient when you plan to visit Alhambra. Everythinh was perfct in the hotel, and i need to say thanks to Alberto in the time of check in, he was very kind and helpfull. Gracias por todo Damaso Monteiro

This is a lovely old but renovated hotel with a nice bar area and spacious rooms (superior double). It is in a great area of Granada close to all sights, restaurants and shopping. We were able to go out and come back to the room easily during the day to rest if we needed. The staff was very nice and professional.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel.
