This place is great for visiting The Alhambra, it's right across the road. 10-15 walk downhill into central Granada, steep walk back up, but there are regular bus services at only €1.40 a journey, or plenty of cabs to get back at about €7/8 euros. The pool area was lovely after a days sightseeing, and has a little poolside bar. Rooms very clean and beds comfy.

The hotel is a bit soulless.. but you're not going to Granada for that. No water in the rooms. I would have thought that a 4* hotel would provide some water not charging €1.50 for a small bottle. All our hotels on this trip have had plenty of free water.

If we had be pre warned there would be a wedding party at the hotel at the time of booking meaning many areas were closed to non wedding guests we would gave gone elsewhere.

Good value for money. Great location close to Alhambra and restaurants. 2 busses to central town. Nice and clean facilities. Helpful staff. Beautiful roof restaurant. Very good breakfast. Hotel offered evening with Flamenco show & walk in Albacin area. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

We had a great stay! The hotel is in a great location, close to the Alhambra. All the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. Room was clean, very comfortable. The pool was open but not heated. We had an opportunity to book an additional activity during the evening (guided tour in Sacromonte + flamenco show), for a very fair price. For this location, during Semana Santa, and considering the quality of the facilities and services, the price is really good.

The breakfast is just terrible. Zero. Not much to pick from, fruits are not fresh, no fresh drinks, pastries are frozen. Only the cakes were worth something, but for 11 EUR you expect more! Go in the city and enjoy good coffee, foods and fresh orange juice.

Ideally situated to see the Alhambra- just across the road. Parking opposite too (hotel’s car park was full). Reception staff were very helpful (spoke good English) as was the dining room staff. Nice terrace on front to relax and have a drink and the pool was still open too! Easy access to the rooms which were sizeable and clean. Excellent shower too.

I was looking forward to sitting outside on the upper floor to eat & see the views but it wasn’t in season to open which I hadn’t noticed in their advertising (we went 2/3rd September). Rooms could be improved with some sound proofing - we could here the toilet flushing quite loudly, amongst other noises.

The staff are so helpful. Everyone was so friendly. The location is perfect for Alhambra as it’s a one minute walk downhill! We loved it. Our rooms were cleaned nicely and the internal parts of the hotel are decorated with photos of Alhambra. Plus it’s a room with a view!

Sometimes the pools gets a bit too crowded with kids between 4-7pm but it is peak season so to be expected (there were no sun loungers left when we arrived to use the pool and every bit of space was taken). I think they should leave the pool open until 9 or 10pm so adults can enjoy it without the kids (we are a couple here without children) as it tends to get quieter after 7.30pm but then it closes at 8pm. I would also recommend that the food made at the pool bar is fresher (the salad was a pre bought pre packaged one and was not four star hotel quality nor did it taste very nice)!

I did like the restaurant upstairs and the bar downstairs:, the swimming pool, the availability every time you need to ask staff something. Location was really good as well. It is 15 minutes walk from the city centre

When you book the room they said could be twin or double bed and I thought because we are a couple they are gonna give to us a double bed , but they didn't. Probably they didn't have any double bed available. I didn't like the parking. I was very surprise as a big hotel they cannot offer you a car park. If you pay where they advice you will need to pay £21.60 a day. Thanks, I am Spanish and I knew we could park in the cemetery for free,

For those going to the alhambra, Location is unbeatable, already up on the hill, so short downhill walk to the Alhambra, so can conserve energy for the hours tour of the Alhambra, and then make your way back to the hotel and jump in the pool, which was a good size and clean. Towels receive at reception desk. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The family room was clean, with comfortable separate twin beds for the children, shower with good pressure and hot, mini-fridge, excellent Wi-Fi, and surprisingly large terrace that we enjoyed lunch at after our tours each day. Pillows were soft and not too bulky. Excellent value for this well located, clean hotel, with surprisingly good food, and good pool. Next ti the pool summer time) had a stand to buy sandwiches and drinks, like pina coladas, that looked good.

There was nothing I didn’t like. FYI: if you are going to the cathedral, it is downhill walk about 15/20 minutes, but you will want to get a taxi back.

A lovely hotel with many excellent facilities. The room was perfect with a terrific view. The food was exceptional with many high quality choices in the buffet although for a hotel with so many English guests the breakfast was not wonderful . The parking cost came as a shock but all else was well up to standard. It's on top of a mountain though so walking is nearly impossible but there is a small pool . There is no supervision at the pool however and the no diving signs are ignored by the more moronic guests which is very annoying in such a small pool. The staff are exceptional and so friendly and accommodating. A lovely visit.

Excellent location, very short walk to The Alhambra. You can walk into the city easily as downhill, but would recommend catching the bus back. Rooms spacious. A nice cafe/bar area with some tables/chairs outside on the terrace offering a small, reasonably priced snack/pizza menu. Secure underground parking was a bonus. We were travelling by motorcycle and unfortunately had to pay for a whole car space!

Cafe/bar area could have been larger. When we stayed there were several 'groups' which meant the bar etc area was very busy & a bit noisy at times. More tables/chairs would have been nice.
