The hotel in general is rather good. The staff is rather helpful and friendly. The bus station is a five minute walk, so it's very convenient. The room was clean, may be it was not so big how we expected, but in general it was okey. We had a view on the swimming pool. The food is good and varied.

Noise isolation is very poor. You hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms. At dinner all drinks are paid, even water.

- Clean rooms - Very close to the bus station - Friendly & helpful staff - Comfortable bed - Good breakfast options ( vegan included )

- Weak ( almost useless ) WiFi, had to use my own eSIM internet - Most of the time very limited plant-based ( vegan ) food options for lunch/ dinner. It was hit or miss, sometimes great, sometimes really not enough both nutritionally and calorie-wise. For omnivores I would say there was a plenty of choice.

Lovely hotel , nice staff , nothing was a problem , would stay again ,breakfast was well laid out and plenty choice , 5 min walk to beach and shops, I had pool view room so sun late on balcony too which was nice , also fridge in room was bonus

No tea making facilities in room , as an early riser, cup of tea / coffee is required as dining room doesn't open till 8am and no staff on pool bar at that time either

The spa was very nice! It was clean, an excellent temperature, the sauna and steam room were well cared for. It definitely is a hotel that is an 'elderly' destination, but honestly we still enjoyed it a lot.

The staff didn't give us robes and towels and such for when we went into the spa, but we saw a lot of others with robes and slippers. Maybe we needed to ask specifically? But it would've been nice...

We would have liked a selection of breakfast cereal.granola, wheetabix etc.but plenty of hot food available

We had a superior room which are on the top floor and have a nice terrace with privacy and two sun loungers. Two little bottles of water on arrival. Very nice gesture. The bed was comfy and the staff very friendly. The spa was small but had everything we needed. The steam room and sauna are very good.

The minibar in room 406 does not work properly. It does not get cold. In the spa and gym there is no water and there are no towels. You have to take those yourself from the room. The breakfast is ok but we found the eggs watery, tasteless. The coffee from the red machine is not nice. The grey one has beans which is ok.

The room was so comfy!! the bed and pillows were fabulous, I wish I had them at home. We absolutely loved it! I read some reviews about the noise before booking, and if you leave the door open, yes, if can be noisy - but, the room we got was advertising "with noise cancellation" and it definitely works. With the door closed and AC ON we had a perfect sleep and very relaxing few days.

Freshly squeezed orange or proper fresh juice with no sugar for breakfast would be a dream and massive plus for the hotel! coffee without sugar option too please!

The atmosphere was so nice! Staff friendly and very helpful. The spa area was beautiful and the massage great! was a cost to this but made the holiday what i was needing. Breakfast was lovely and enough choice :)

The bedrooms are quite small! But all you really need unless your wanting to spend your whole holiday in your room! fridge, TV ect. limited plug sockets. But again. It was a fine base to explore and play.

Breakfast was OK, plenty of space and very clean. Staff were great 👍 We travelled by train from Blanes (next town ) to barcelona it was a great trip.

Had to pay for access to the indoor pool, spa was not up to much and at a €15 per person charge.
