We loved the style and location of the apartments, so central for the old town and all the historic buildings/tapas restaurants. Staff were very responsive to messages, and they organised a taxi to the airport, which was just perfect

We were in Suite 9, with a large terrace, with fabulous views over rooftops. However, there was no shade, which due to high temperatures, made it only useable early morning or later at night. Also, there was a noisy generator housed in a building off the terrace, which was a little frustrating - this may have been linked to aircon for all the apartments, so may be unavoidable in the hot weather.

Location was superb, within a good walking distance of anywhere we wanted to go, and a stone's throw from lots of lovely eateries, plaza mayor and the main street 🥰 lovely sunny balcony for my morning coffee made in Nespresso machine 😎 automated check in and out, a few lockers for luggage, team very fast to respond to queries 😊😊

Unfortunately couldn't get extra pillows, only one each on the bed, also could have done with extra towels, only 1 set each supplied for 5 nights, however I didn't request extra during our stay, apt was probably a bit pricey but Palma is not really a budget city and the location with balcony was worth paying for 😊 I definitely will stay here again whenever we come back 🥰

Execllent communication and instruction (in English) for self-checkin especially given that the room card issuing machine was broken. The needed info was sent via message in the booking.com app in advance. We didn't have any problems following the instructions. Very spacious 1 bedroom + living room apartment. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and clothes washing machine. A Nespresso machine is always a nice touch. Comfortable and clean. The building is generally well maintained including communat areas. Location is central to many of the restaurants and walking distance to the rest of the old town and shopping areas. We found it very convenient. Exactly as we expected.

The location was really great, everything was within walking distance , checkin was easy, the apartment is quite large and clean, the shower was amazing, but the drain does overflow so you cannot use it at full speed, be warned !!!

It was a little soulless, bland, deco, which needs updating as it’s looking quite tired, it lacked character considering it was in old town, the bedroom is large, but lacking a dressing table and a full length mirror, it’s kinda oddly put together, the sofa bed needs throwing in the bin, it’s the most uncomfortable thing in the world, would also be nice to be left a clean sponge for the dishes, we were left a used one ...

Great apartment! Easy to reach by bus from the airport. Centrally located in the old town, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The apartment is lovely decorated and has all the necessary amenities, the softest towels, a good bed and great shower. Check in is easy through the check in machine. There are lockers to leave your baggage if you have a late flight. If you have any questions the team is easy to reach by phone/message.

Excellent location, clean apartments, everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location in the old city center, small restaurants everywhere, horse carriages. Beauty !

There were some difficulties with the check-in, they didn’t figure out how to get the code for the door, but the problem was quickly resolved, the owners were in touch by phone with us.

The rooms were beautiful with all the things you need to have a good journey (towels, staff for cooking, microwave, dishwasher...). Very clean. Very convenient : in the city center! The staff was super kind and available at any moment. By the way, thank you again for your kindly help at our arrival. We were a group of 7 people. All of us were impressed by the rooms and the quality of them. We had a great weekend in Palma! I strongly recommend!

Very roomy and comfortable flat in a brilliant, central location. Lots of lovely restaurants cafes and pastry shops nearby and a short stroll to the Cathedral. There is a lift too, which is great if you have a lot of baggage or a baby stroller. We arrived early and could check in. Plus there are secure bag lockers available if you are leaving late.

Everything was just right.

Great location, close to the main tourist places. You can walk around the center of Mallorca easily and leave the car in a parking not too far.

My only concern was when I needed to call the property, I needed a couple of calls to get an answer. Otherwise, easy check in, we were able to check in earlier what we really appreciate it

We could check in a bit in advance which was really nice and as we had an issue the manager came straight to help. As the issue couldn’t be fixed she gave us a different room for the second night.

The first room we got was on two floors and not as bright and nice as shown in the pictures and had a bit of a musty smell in the lower floor.
