Protur Naisa Palma Hotel

The hotel was excellent! Superb location, walking distance to all the shops and the center of Palma but away from the partying and noise. We rented a car for our stay and was able to park in the hotel’s underground lot for 16€ per day. The rooms are very spacious. Large bathroom and a separate small sitting area. Hotel provided a bottle of cava for our honeymoon! The facilities were excellent. Full buffet breakfast in the morning with hot and cold options. We were able to use the wellness centre which included a small lap pool, steam room, cold shower / ice treatment and dry sauna. Our best hotel yet in Spain

This hotel is fantastic. Firstly, the location is great, close to the old town and a great choice of bars and restaurants. The facilities in the hotel are wonderful, they have a lovely indoor pool and gym, as well as rooftop pool with sunbathing area. The decor is warm and relaxing and staff are extremely friendly. Patricia was particularly helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and information on day tours. The hotel breakfast is the best hotel breakfast we have experienced, they have an amazing buffet complete with hot foods as well as a great selection of cold meets, cheese, vegetables, breads, pastries, pancakes, fruits, yogurt....basically anything you would want for breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious....I would go back to Palma for this breakfast alone! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, its a great choice for your stay in Palma.

Fabulous hotel! Great friendly staff, couldn't do enough for you if you asked. Exceptionally clean, in fact I would go as far to say this is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Fabulous location, in great reach of some lovely shops and wonderful restaurants and bars. Breakfast/food/drinks, beyond reasonably priced and great quality. We will be returning and have already looked at dates.

Only niggle, my partner thought the cabana beds were awfully uncomfortable. They almost need more bars across so it's spread out, or even a piece of ply wood. First world problems, but didn't stop us booking them - I liked overlooking the pool and the view 😊

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Location was ideal for walking into the centre of Palma, the old town or Santa Catalina. The room itself was clean, very large, lovely shower and the most comfortable bed imaginable. Breakfast was fantastic, an amazing choice of hot and cold food, everything fresh and available until 11am each day. We also took advantage of the outside pool on the roof (even though it was November) and the indoor pool and spa area - both fabulous. We hired bikes from the hotel, which were excellent and convenient. And finally we had a voucher for two free drinks in the hotel - which is open until 10pm at night.

The breakfast was better than we thought - there was such a huge selection and everything was kept fresh and topped up. The staff were so attentive, they couldn’t do more for us. The hotel was clean, the rooms were a decent size. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more - it is like a resort feel but in the middle of town. The location was perfect - about a 10 minute walk to the main shops and then only a 5 min walk from a street with lots of restaurants - but book in advance as we learnt the hard way! We rented a car through the hotel, it was such a seamless experience, the car was dropped off right outside the hotel so didn’t need to get a taxi anywhere and we dropped it off in the same spot. A huge shout out to the staff who honestly couldn’t do enough for you - they made you feel like you were in a 5* luxury resort.

The bar could have been open later in the evening as it would have been nice to have drinks on the rooftop after dinner but that is the only thing I can suggest.

I never usually write reviews but this hotel deserved one. It was absolutely amazing, staff were really helpful and welcoming (always spoke to my little boy and gave an interest in his toys which was really nice) breakfast was delicious! So much choice from hot full English to lots of pastries and fruit cereals. Room was very clear and spacious, full length mirrors and desks for makeup etc

Nothing it was great, 12 minute walk to the shops, 25 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the park which is ideal for families with kids. Lots of restaurants within walking distance

The property is very modern, classy, very clean! The rooftop infinity pool was fabulous with an added bonus of 2 jacuzzi’s! The breakfast was great, with both continental & full English options, everything fresh & replenished constantly. The staff were friendly & helpful. Great position close to lots of restaurants & bars, but out of the way for noise!

The lack of information in the rooms i.e none! The rooftop bar does not advertise snacks we found this out by seeing food being delivered & visiting the website. The double sun-beds are fabulous but at €25 a day are costly on top of what you pay for your stay, we did hire them for our last day as a treat!

The breakfast was great, a wide variety of options and, each day there was also something new. From pastries to eggs everything was excellent. At the reception, everyone was very helpful, ready to answer all our questions. Also, they help us rent a Scooter with a company that they collaborate which made the procedure even easier. The room had all the facilities, a small fridge, shampoo, conditioner and even a body lotion as well as towels for the pool.

Everything. All the staff were so very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy, we were offered a welcome drink before going to our room. The room was spotlessly clean with super comfy king bed. There is a fridge in the room large enough for fresh milk and cold drinks. The en-suite has a great shower with separate toilet, a magnifying mirror and also a very good hairdryer ( not attached to the wall ). The breakfasts were fresh and plentiful with excellent choice for everyone. The pool area on the roof was larger and better than the advertised photographs with lots of comfortable seating as well as daybeds and a great bar. We had a hire car for the week and having underground parking was a bonus even at €16 a night. The hotels position is an easy ten minute walk to old town Palma and has fabulous restaurants close by too.

The wardrobe has insufficient hanging space for two people if staying for a week. It has double glass doors with two rails that run from front to back with only five fixed hangers attached to them which would probably be fine if there were a set of drawers but there is just one shelf high up out of reach. The robes were lovey but the frayed towels had definitely seen better days. The hotel bar closes at 10:30pm which we felt was a little early.

Conveniently located in Palma, everything in the centre is at a walking distance. Inma at the reception speaks French which was very nice, she is the sweetest. She explained to us where to go to have fun, it helped us a lot in our itinerary. We received coupons for welcome drinks which was unexpected and nice to have.

Sometimes the people at the breakfast seemed tense and lacked some friendliness compared to other hotels. We were there at busy season so there were a lot of people, the hotel seemed a bit smaller (may have not have the same feeling during shoulder season)
