The staff are all lovely the location very quiet but only minuets from beach and bars

the property says no children allowed but this is not the case there was 3 children in apartments who were very disruptive i would not have booked knowing that they allowed children when i asked they said although they don’t recommend children at the property they can’t stop people taking children but i don’t think this is the case as does say on your sight no children allowed this significantly did have a huge effect in the enjoyment of our holiday

The apartment was newly refurbished and beyond our expectations! A properly furnished AND properly equipped place waa really hard to find especially with our requirements of a kitchen as we stayed here for long and prefer cooking a couple meals ourselves.The location’s also just perfect so the deal we got was a no brainer and we’re absolutely visiting again real soon. Highly recommend!! Also, special thanks to the Gabarda staff for being sweet and extra helpful!

Everything went well from collecting my keys , being told about the security code to enter the building, WIFI code and such to leaving . The cleaners came every 2 days to change towels, clean round the room , etc.

The bathroom was a bit small, in that when you got out of the shower there was ONLY just enough room to dry oneself without banging against the sink or door, but because the shower was a really good size you could stay in the shower to dry oneself. The shower tray was about 5 feet by 2.5 feet. The shower curtain was at a very good length , fitting well inside the tray and not allowing water to go on the bathroom floor.

The appartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. There was also a clear information paper with practical information. Every 2 days, housekeeping is done and towels changed. The location was in a neighbourhood with plenty of appartments, and close to the beach and harbour of Palmanova, where plenty of restaurants and bars. Also very good was the bus stop close to the appartment where you had many connections to Palma city and the Palma bus station, from where you could travel in all directions of the island. Very practical was also the presence of a big supermarket Lidl close to the appartment, as for breakfast we had to care ourselves as the hotel was closed.

We did not meet any host. We only had contact by the telephone to give us the code for the entrance door. Normally, we had to pick up the key for the appartment in their hotel close to the appartment, but this main property was (still) closed, probably due to the Corona pandemic. Swimming pool was not cleaned daily.

Great location, very handy for supermarkets & also close to beach & some great restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Apartment cleaned regularly.

As we were staying for 28 days we felt that we would have benefited from some more facilities in the kitchen, like a proper cooker & a washing machine. The air conditioning was in the living room only, we felt a unit in the bedroom would have been good as well.

Very cozy apartments. Nice and comfortable kitchen, located in few minutes from Lidl and ALDI. The parking place can be find near the apartments.

Newly decorated, good location, comfortable beds, and clean. Friendly hotel reception. Nice private pool area.

There is no view from balcony, bathroom layout is rather awkward as toilet is situated between shower and sink. No freezer and air con is noisy and not cool enough. No elevator.

The location is perfect. The staff were friendly and approachable. The apartment we stayed in was clean, fresh and had no faults. It had all the facilities that were in the description. I would highly recommend to anyone going to Palmanova to stay here!

Would have preferred a double bed apposed to the two single beds we had.

fully equipped kitchen, aircon was nice but doesn’t really reach the bedroom. Breakfast was great! Pools are well kept and a good temperature. Shower has good pressure. Black out curtains. 7 min walk from the beach & main strip. Staff are amazing and super friendly

Aircon didn’t quite make the bedrooms cool. Apartment didn’t feel very secure, a simple hook and eye for the sliding door & window. Window didn’t fully close so let the warm air in. Beds are average but I like them soft.
