The brunch from 8 - 1.30 is an excellent idea. It was very good and we were allowed to go in as soon as we arrived at 11.00 am. Checking in was very efficient and the staff were lovely. The air conditioning throughout the hotel was amazing and very welcome. The beds and the shower great.

Not enough shade or beds around the pool . It was extremely warm and we couldn’t get a bed or umbrella. Hard to get comfortable in the lounge on bean bags. Ok if you’re young but we are 71

The hotel is newly renovated so it's lovely and clean and fresh. Rooms a little small but ample cause you don't spend alot of time in them and beds are comfy. The breakfast brunch was great with plenty of choice. Location is perfect short walk to the beach and loads of restaurants and bars in the area but is not noisy at night so is easy to get a good night's sleep. The bus stop is only around the corner for easy travel to Palma bus104 or the airport bus A11.

Nothing really I that a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room was small but nothing was missing. Very well designed. Great breakfast, I would improve the coffee quality but this is the only thing for improvement. Check out 12pm, possibility to leave the luggage in separate room, breakfast until 13:13 👌🏻 Great location of the hotel and area. Cleaning ladies are top.

Coffee for breakfast could be stronger. But maybe it is just my preference.

Clean, modern & a really good vibe, plenty of choice with the brunch buffet they offer, my 5yr old grandson loved it, great location! & a welcoming smile each time at reception

Amazing location. 15mins walk to Magaluf nightlife and less than 5 mins walk to Palmanova beach. The hotel has had a full renovation and we were some of first guests so still adding finishing touches but great concept and design and really good value for money. Confortable and clean rooms. Breakfast good variety and served until 13:30. Reception helpful.

No ironing facilites available yet due to recent opening. Having to use the app on phone to open door was a bit of a hassle and would personally prefer a normal keycard as you also need a keycard for the electricity. But just asked at reception for a normal hotel card and they gave us a normal card to use to enter the room and for electricity. Also no handwash available in recepción or rooms only shampoo/gel so just teething problems and easily sorted. Overall really great value for money

Clean and simple, with OK food. Not far to the sea or attractions, in a more quiet part (but walkable to the party zone).

The location was excellent. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Hotel was remodeled recently so it had a fresh feeling. Nice pool area and towel service. Breakfast was varied. Room was confy, with a small balcony and outdoor rack to dry clothes. Marcela in reception was very helpful and Geronimo in cafeteria made sure you had a clean table for breakfast.

Check in was very slow and self check in was not working. Reception area was on a side of the lobby without view of who was coming into the hotel. Bathroom in lobby should be more private. The sink area should be enclosed so people in lobby waiting for elevators would not see or hear guests washing their hands. Cushions in pool area were not removed when it rained so they remained wet after rain went away.

Brilliant brunch/breakfast facilites and decent showers and clean quiet rooms. Great location to the beach. Overall very happy, once we got through the check in.

They need more staff on the check in desk, they need to reply to say they have the room layouts correctly (make sure you check if you want a twin or double specifically) double check they have read this request. It was a shame that showergel/handwash was lacking in the rooms.
