The room is spotless clean and very well presented the bedding was very good quality and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, speak perfect English and are willing to help with anythink you might need. It is in an ideal location right of the highway when travelling through Madrid with free secure parking if needed. The breakfast had everythink you could think of and was lovely. We had a long journey ahead and wanted to fill our flask with boiling water. This was very important to us as we all know on a long journey there is nothing like a cup of tea along the way. The waitress made sure we had plenty of boiling water to do this and even offered the teabags to go with it. Thank you 😊

There was nothing we did not like. We have been here before twice. We travel to and from the UK by road alot. Each time we come it only gets better.

We had dinner and as a result of the food being far better than expected we chose to stay for breakfast. Excellent location for continuing our journey south. Also having our car parked securely in its own garage was a big plus. Reception was friendly snd very helpful.

It had been smoked in despite saying no smoking. Cigarette burn mark on the bathroom counter.

The double executive room has the benefit of size of the room and bathroom together with a private garage for our car which you go down a flight of stairs directly from the bedroom to the car which is so secure being directly below your bed.

The hotel restaurant is not up to the standard of other 4 star hotels. I say this due to it being a bit cafeteria like in character. However it has improved since our last stay in May 2022 as has the food selection and we had a very good quality dinner.

First thing, I was offered an upgrade with my own private parking space :). The breakfast was just wonderful, the whole staff was incredibly charming and kind. The water pressure is awesome, I had a very pleasant stay. Receptionists are always there to assist and guide you.

I didn't like the internet :( I work online and it was constantly in and out.

Modern ‘business style’ hotel, clean and comfortable, nice bed, secure underground car park (free), very friendly, conveniently located wrt motorway access.

(Minor issue:) Can be a bit noisy during rush hour, due to location near motorway and major roads…

Room was excellent aside from the view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location just off the motorway. Being able to get an evening meal was very important to us whilst travelling. Good breakfast with great variety. Underground parking was secure and kept car cool.

The restaurant was more like the cafe in the hotel description but was fine for our needs.

Great hotel in a perfect location for visiting the Warner theme park in Madrid. The hotel is modern and clean, the staff were friendly and the parking free and plentyfull.

We would have liked a kettle in the room, but apart from that everything was perfect. Overall it was good value for money

Breakfast didn’t start till 0800. Full coach party we were all waiting for the door to open so everyone tried to get breakfast at the same time very long Q out side the door for at least 20 as single line Buffett and only 2 coffee machines

Second time at the hotel. for us, it is excellent. good value for money, easy access, good breakfast and the staff are marvelous. there is free parking. near Madrid. In short, Well be there again.

It was clean, comfortable and provided everything in the bedroom that would cover the needs of the guests. Very comfortable beds, just the right air conditioning, very quiet and polite staff in reception. Very convenient location and ample safe parking with access from the bedroom.

Absolutely satisfied, nothing to complain.
