Exe Getafe

We were going to the MadCool music festival and needed a hotel nearby. It was ideal for our needs. Rooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of storage in the wardrobes if you're staying for business. There's restaurants, a supermarket and the station a short walk away. There's also ample parking outside and in the basement.

The restaurant was closed for an update but it'll be great when it's opened.

Hotel and Rooms are super cleaned, beds are comfortable, breakfast has sufficiant panel of choice and is free for under 6.

Service to the airport is not available and the hotel is really far to the airport, at around 30-35 min by taxi (40-50 Euros), and more than hours (plan two hours at least)with bus and train.

Room size , bed size.

Not a great location as its in the middle of nowhere.Closest Metro station is Getafe Centro station which is about 1.3 Kms or 15 mins walk. No kettle in room. Choosing breakfast slots ( 7-8 and 8-9 are the only slots which they run ) and Saturday breaksfast slots start only 8. If you have to step out early to catch a flight on Saturdays , you might have to miss breakfast ( like i had to ).

Everything was great: parking, comfortable room and bed, big windows overlooking trees and NO TRAFFIC NOICE. Staff was very helpful and nice. A short walk to Getafe Centro and the trains, only 20 minutes to central Madrid. Quiet neighbourhood.

Nothing

We liked the comfort of the room, the bed, the attention to details, the fact that the hotel was in a quiet area and it was very good for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the staff was joyful and the free parking was a huge plus.

We liked everything

The rooms were good and clean, so were the bathrooms. The breakfast was quite decent and free for kids under 6! The staff was friendly. Really have nothing to say but good things, amazing value for the price we paid!

Minor details like no restaurants and the external luminous building sign for "Exe Getafe" were not all working. Also at the reception, it's not easy to see and interact with the receptionist as there are objects and computer monitors blocking the view.

Spacy and Clean. Was good that an upgrade to my room was done, since part of my request was not possible to attend. Staff were very nice abd breakfast was also good.

I could hear all sounds getting in my room. There was a "party" in the lobby and until 3 am we could hear it. Or the next door neighbor, talking on the phone.

Unlike other Spanish hotels we have been to bed was excellent, very wide and tall with comfy mattress -slept like a baby. Staff was very kind, hotel was clean.

Toilets might need a little refurbishing

Rooms excellent standard, very spacious and clean

There was no bar open in the day due to renovation which is ok but they should inform as we arrived but couldn’t get any drinks

Clean, large rooms very clean, having all toiletries available was a bonus
