It was clean and tidy a choice of pools was good

The rooms are dark as built into the rocks. Little sun on the balcony but not the fault of the hotel. No aircon without paying alot extra. Had to pay a daily charge for the safe key when you normally only pay a deposit. Towels were dated as were some aspects of the room. Curtains were hanging off in the bedroom

Apartment was nice and cleaning staff were most helpful

Fix that broken elevator! No body told us about the facilities like the gym etc...

A large hotel style accommodation but we had a 2 bed apartment. Good size - two bathrooms, good sized veranda, decent views across town with distant sea view. cleaners on 5 days so changes of towels etc. We were elderly / middle aged so didn't use most facilities but there was plenty for kids and 3 pools. On site catering too. A few bars and restaurants close by. Super market close by. A very pleasant stay.

Minor points - fridge a bit small and cups very tiny, us Brits like a decent sized cuppa, - we had to buy mugs. This did not detract from our enjoyment.

Great apartment, loads of sun beds & 4 pools. Can’t find fault, would definitely stay again!

Bar didn’t seem to have staff working at times so brought wine down from room to drink in the bar area, no one seemed to mind & was a cheaper option!! 🤣

Excellent, clean , large apartments lovely staff and great for families.

All was good hard to work out lifts etc at the start but once you get the hang of it, it's grand. Maybe the pool bar could be open a bit longer and have a few more snacks.

Everything, we have stayed here many times. Find all the staff pleasant, courteous and helpful. Spotlessly clean inside appartment and around complex. Great team working here. Well done.

Location in a quiet part of Gran Canaria, nice walking distance to the beach. Option to rent a room with aircon

Staying at the top floor apt means walking plenty of stairs or taking multiple lifts. Crowded and small pools

We got a wonderful 2 bed apartment with huge balcony. Great location. Buffet breakfast was great every day. The staff are lovely & friendly too. Apartment cleaned 5 days out of 7 & fresh towels given everytime. We can’t wait to stay again next year.

Apartment was a little grubby in places, could benefit from a deep clean. Very busy at the weekends with locals staying, at times it was very difficult to even get a sunbed by the pool. You can’t reserve sunbeds, pool opens at 10am so you need to be there on time to get a sunbed. It is cashless at the resort, everything is put on room tab to be paid at the end of stay so not very helpful if you travel with all cash.

Good position in a nice little port, with restaurants and bars where enjoy the Canary food. The pools are great and are a useful resource if you have kids! The position above the hill give you a wonderful view of the sea and maintain the little terrace in the apartment always fresh with the wind.

Cleaning service come every day at different times, always when my baby was asleep. There were enormous cucaracha that come during the night in the apartment, so you have to pay attention where leave things. The drainage in the shower was not sufficient and flood the room every time, and the glass door of the bathroom even if we call to repair it, brocken again.

very spacious and had enough pools for all, a toddler pool, a splash park, activity pool, normal pool and my favourite was the infinity pool which was a ‘quiet pool’

it does need a bit of maintenance. the curtains were coming down off the rails in the room. the table in the room was more on three legs than four! the rubbish especially around the ball pit and table tennis and bar area remained until they did a weekly deep clean. half of me was like ‘how messy are some holiday makers can they not put things in a bin!’ but equally someone really should have been cleaning regularly around the place especially around the ball pit… which i never saw get cleaned 😬
