Hotel Los Cigarrales

Everything was perfect! From the attention given by the staff to the way the bed was made and everything in between!! They nailed everything!

View and room was perfect, we were on the front of the building with a lovely balcony. The hotel was easy to get to by bus from the town and we decided to rent a car which was easy to park opposite too. The breakfast was lovely and the service was so friendly and helpful despite us not knowing much Spanish. Wouldn't have remembered it was a 2 star unless you reminded me, the hair dryer was great and so were all the facilities, reception, shower, TV, room size, lounge with sofas. Pillows and bed plenty comfortable.

Couldn't say much there was a problem with! We somehow broke our shutter which they kindly repaired before the evening which isn't a negative really. Just be aware of ants outside and don't have any open food/crumbs in the room as we accidentally learnt the ants are already in the walls ready to help tidy up any picnic you may have had! .

The villa is the same place you could find in google when you text “Santorini”, it’s incredible. The pool inside the room made us enjoy and relax a lot… although the place is incredible, we insist that the touch that make it a 10-top site is without any doubt the Kostas and Anna’s attention. They were from the first time as friends, advisors and travel support! The cookers from the best breakfast ever and the people who made possible that the travel was a real dream!

The only thing is the location that are very quite but perfect to rest and be calm :)

What a little gem of a hotel a little outside the walls of the old town, which is easy to access by car or the local bus, that go past often. The rooms are just as the pictures, with working air con and are light and bright, the pool is small but perfect for a cooling dip then dry in the sun watching the world go by. Breakfast is a buffet (not self service) varied and plentiful. The staff are lovely, even with our rubbish attempt at Spanish. I would definitely recommend this quiet oasis and all at a very reasonable price. Would definitely return when next in the area.

All staff were extremely friendly, always willing to help when needed. Room and hotel were very clean at all times. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to the center but there's a bus stop right outside the hotel. Bus costs just 1,40€ and will take you to the main square. We actually thought the location was an advantage as it was very quiet at night, plus great views from our room! Great value for money. I highly recommed this hotel to anyone visiting Toledo!

Nice welcome, helpful staff. Light room with windows that open! Comfortable beds, maid service every day. Excellent breakfast. There is a well appointed shared lounge and outside seating area with a view. Plenty of parking directly outside the hotel. Bus stop to the city just outside the property hourly, 1.40 euro. Having said that a walk only takes 20 mins. There is a small pool, which looked quite inviting!

No fridge in the room but there is a shared kitchen with a cold drinks and hot drinks vending machine, a sink and a microwave, dining table and chairs.

Good looking small hotel, rooms are a bit basic but comfortable and we had a great view over Toledo. There is no tea/coffee-making facility in the room and no minibar. But there is a sort of kitchen you can use downstairs and a coffee machine. The pool was nice, with the same view across to the town.

It's not in the town but not too far outside it. The only annoying thing was the breakfast system, which is hard to understand. No other hotel we used in Spain has this system where you have to ask for every single thing you want. It makes everything slow and annoying. I would not have breakfast here again, even though the food was fine.

Breakfast superb. Continental, buffet but with service, more hygienic. Fresh tortilla, orange, variety of fruit, and you could go more than once! Nice sized room. Outside the city, good view of city. We walked to Toledo, stopping for views, photos etc about 30 minutes, and walked back there other way about an hour and s half(clockwise) superb night views. Shower good. Only stayed one night.

Bus only one an hour. Reliant on taxis or walking, but weather permitting, walking was great and taxi not over expensive.

I'm a coffee and go person, so I didn't get breakfast, but the value would be hard to beat. The options are plentiful and delicious looking. Our room was great. *Super* comfortable bed and a great shower with a downpour type shower head. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Our location was perfect with easy parking and an easy walk to the old city. I usually like to mix things up, but if I came back to Toledo I would probably stay here again.

The switch for our balcony light didn't seem to work. It seemed like the light was controlled by the hotel. Makes sense from an aesthetic point of view, but I would have liked to turn it off to hang out out there and enjoy the nighttime view. (I still did, but I had to unscrew the bulb)

Nice pool with a view. Staff were very friendly and helpful, clean and modern rooms. Bus service just outside front door, very cheap. Efficient and punctual bought straight to centre of Toledo

Had to request everything for breakfast. Zero buffet available, so lots of pointing and communication mishaps, all while staff remained friendly
