Location excellent. Very pleasant staff. No complaints about anything except poolside. (See below)

I stayed 10 days . I didn’t get a place at the pool on any of those days because of greedy selfish people. I saw one man putting out 4 towels . The hotel rules state that towels can stay on the sun beds for 30 minutes but staff don’t follow up on this. I mentioned it at reception but just got a sympathetic smile.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean and the breakfast room is incredible. The cleaning staff are very friendly. Not so much the reception staff.

The staff are very unfriendly and even rude. We paid for a frontal view and got a side view. I was told if I didn't like it...leave. We also paid for the security box in the room. Ours was broken and requested 3 times to have it fixed, was told someone would be up to fix it and no one ever came. I have been refused the payment back for it even though I took pictures of the broken box.

The hotel has a touch of class unlike some of those staying. Great room sea facing super king bed plus very large bathroom and balcony.

Selfish rat bags every day taking sunbeds at 6.30 to 7am ....4 hours before they used them. see attached photos. Company poilcy is against it but it is not policed. All beds were towelled up every day by 7.30am..... pool opens at 10.am.

Had the most brilliant few days. Location is incredible, the hotel was lovely and clean! Really loved it.

Towels on sun beds! People were putting them out at 6.30am!! So so annoying and not coming back for the rest of the days. Wasn’t a bed available for when we got there at 10am

Hotel was really lovely. Great location and poolside sea view which was amazing.

Check-in and Check out poor. Lady on check-in neutral at best and the man on checkout was quite rude with all customers at the desk which was very busy at the time.

Lack of sunbeds, hotel rules changed during our stay so that people waiting when doors opened and fighting for sunbeds was on daily level??? Why, why hotel has so low capacity when people paid for summer holidays???

All meal times had plenty of choice.

Being able to have tea with all meal would have been lovely, I usually drink 6-8 mugs of tea a day and the tea there was not to my taste, I like strong tea. The evening entertainment was good, loved the El Divo tribute act

It was well located, right on the beach. Really good breakfast and dinners. (I don't understand some of the negative reviews for the food, which I really enjoyed.) The dining area had stunning views. Helpful staff, particularly at reception. Rooms were airy and clean, with nice balcony spaces. The facilities were good, lovely pool and poolside areas, good spa facilities.

Guests could be given more access to the spa, particularly when it is not busy. The rooms were a little dated but they were nice and well maintained. Dinner might end a little bit later than 9.30pm.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants, breakfast was excellent with so much choice. We used the spa and had a treatment during our stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly, four of us all had a massage and it was one of the best massages We’d ever had. Can’t recommend highly enough

The location is excellent, right on the boardwalk with direct access to this and the beach, bars restaurants and shops are just next door and there is even a pharmacie at 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel is beautiful , very luxurious decorations everywhere and all the facilities and rooms are spotlessly clean! The rooms are very spacious with a balcony, very comfortable beds and and a big bathroom with shower and tub, they even offer toiletries like razors, toothbrushes....everything you might need is offered and the showerproducts are good quality.Rooms are cleaned daily, towels replaced and cleaning ladies are very sweet and do a great job. You can leave a 10 euros deposit and they give you big beach/pool towels which is perfect. There are 2 pools at the hotel: the indoor pool is very nicely decorated and has nice warm/heated water, there is also an indoor jacuzzi and small sauna and hammam.The outdoor pool is huge and has lots of lounge chairs to enjoy the sun which overlook the beach. The grounds are very well kept with beautiful furniture.The breakfast buffet is very vast with great quality foods, hot/cold/savoury/sweet.... The cocktail bar serves amazing cocktails for a reasonable price.The restaurant looked lovely too.The staff is very friendly and professional and you can leave your bags in a secured room after check-out. I really recommend this hotel, which offers outstanding quality for a small price.I was way better than I expected, 5 star quality and amenities.

The outdoor pool is not heated but that is a minor details since you have a lovely, heated indoor pool....and I guess during summer you don't need a heated pool outside. The t.v. has only Spanish spoken channels (but then again you are in Spain 😉)
