Hotel El Pozo

Excellent location near to coastal trainline. Great access to Malaga and all routes in Southern Spain. The hotel is right in the centre, lots of opportunity for shopping, nightlife, beach, good restaurants, loads of cafes and bars. Train to airport is about 10 mins and are frequent. My room was large with 2 single beds and a balcony, i pushed the beds together to make enough room to spread out and enjoyed my time very much. There was a small fridge, a kettle provided on request and a separate shower room with plenty of thick clean towels. The bed was clean and comfortable. Good quality pillows perfect for propping myself up to watch tv or work on laptop. Pillow ..... Too big for sleeping on but that is a very personal choice so I used my own pillow. My 8 night stay was perfect for my needs ...... relaxation and time to recharge from a busy life.

Cafe ...... choice of food. A juice bar and some salads would be good. I have stayed in this hotel several times and like it when the bathroom has a bath . My previous visits have always been for one night prior to early morning flights and this time it was a holiday, would have liked the option of a bath but on the whole loved the room and the facilities.

Location very good, central, near train station. Reception staff polite.

Cafe staff was slow and impolite. They served tuna omelette for one of us, other person have been waiting for his breakfast so long.Wasn't busy there at that time. We decided to have breakfast other places, there are plenty to choose from.

In general, a great hotel - convenient location, clean, friendly staff, nearby railway station, nice street with stairs to the beach. There are also many cafes and restaurants and a famous shopping street near the hotel.

In general, everything is great, but the mini fridge was not enough.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and safe. Great location for all amenities. Great cafe/bar serving a lovely breakfast. Room was spacious and kept cool with the air conditioning. Shower was powerful and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Satellite TV had no British Channels but radio channels OK.

The location of the hotel really is THE BEST you have EVERYTHING around you in a 500m parameter. The beach is nearby, the centre, supermarkets everywhere, restaurants, bars, basic-fit and train station is litterally 2 min walk. The staff is also incredibly helpful, we asked for a fridge, cutlery and many more stuff and they always managed to give what we wanted. They helped us with a covid test and renting a car etc. They were always available and the cleaning staff cleaned everyday and left it clean! I recommend you to take the room with the big balcony, it was amazing to have breakfast, lunch whatever there or just chill. The sun is always out and you have an amazing view.

Very nice hotel in the center of Torremolinos. All facilities - restaurants, cafes, shopping, transportation to airport - nearby. Carrefour just opposite the hotel. The cafe downstairs offers good food and drink. Nearby the stairs to the beach and Calle San Miguel for the shopping freaks. Friendly staff

Nice small hotel on the heard of Torremollinos. Тhe rooms are well arranged, the beds comfortable. The espresso, food (tortillas) and drinks at the hotel bar were great. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking one of the main streets. Very friendly staff and owners. Everyone is very kind and knows how to make their guests feel very welcome. The first room where we were accommodated heard the noise of the lobby and after we asked we immediately changed it to another room on the second floor. The girls from the staff (from the bar) themselves offered to move an entire bed from the previous room. A few minutes later I saw them carrying the bed up the stairs alone. I can blieve it is happened,they even reject my help.The second room was just a double bed, but it wasn't enough for two big men, and they brought a second single bed. Thank you very much!!! Special thanks to Mr. Yasin. He was very kind and friendly. He knows how to make guests feel special at home. I saw other guests greeting him as they left. Something very important for us. We had a late flight and asked for a late release. There was no problem with his help, that's why we appreciate it very highly and as a special attitude..

Room 111, where we were initially accommodated, was noisy, but was replaced immediately. There is also noise from the restaurants around, especially after they close at 2 o'clock, but this is not the fault of the hotel, they have nothing to do that people are ill-mannered.....

Excellently situated hotel, walking distance to shops, bars & restaurants, and all the staff were lovely & welcoming and cannot do enough for you The onsite restaurant was delicious too, thank you for making our stay so memorable

Lovely hotel in the centre of Torremolinos. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay there again

I’ve stayed here before and then stopped for a couple years due to staff apathy. But this time MARA at the desk was an angel. She multitasked and gave attention to everyone. She went out of her way to accommodate me. The room isn’t perfect but well maintained by cleaning staff. And the location is perfect. Mara is a valuable asset to this property. Others not so much. But, the restaurant staff were also great.
