Elite Hotel Adlon

Perfect location to visit the city, safe area and well communicated via Public transport if needed. Professional and very kind staff. Incredible breakfast. Our room quite modern and funcional. Room was Deluxe 23m2 so great for long stay. Delicious Italian restaurant in ground floor ( used also as additional breakfast area in the morning)

Permanent noise in the bathroom from a central ventilation system they cannot de-activate. Rooms are quite renovated and modern but somehow doors resound too much in the nearby rooms when closed. No International TV channels. Only 1. They count you will use chromecast system via mobile devices. Wifi not protected with password.

Would be easier to stay what I didn’t like! Fabulous hotel, great staff, perfect central location. The hotel is centrally located, very close to the central station so ideal for those travelling by train or via the airport. the hotel itself was very clean and safe, with key card entry only to the main hotel and all floors. breakfast was fabulous with such variety, from eggs and bacon to croissants, breads, meats, cheeses, cereals yoghurts and fruit. Gluten and Lacto free options available too, with a range of teas coffee and juice available. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful for a solo female traveller; in particular Marcus and Nina were very accommodating during my stay, from tips of places to eat and things to do to arranging a spa day at their sister hotel around twenty minutes walk away at elite royal palace. I would definitely stay there again; great nights sleep with choice of pillows, very quiet at night and shops and restaurants yards away.

There were some renovations taking place in the lobby, re painting and decorating during my stay; this wasn’t too much of a problem particularly as I was out most of the day exploring and sightseeing.

Super friendly staff from when we arrived to when we checked out. Could leave our cases with reception whilst we had a few hours before catching the train to the airport. (train station super close too). Vast selection of foods at breakfast, with continental and cooked offerings. Always left feeling full for the day. Location of the hotel is perfect, with everything you would want nearby (shops and restaurants) and good walking distance to nearby tourist spots (the Palace, Gamla Stan). Our room was nice and airy, it was spacious and the beds are super comfy. Loved our little walk in wardrobe and the bathroom was so big. The room definitely exceeded my expectations from the pictures provided at time of booking! Room cleaned every day, very polite cleaning teams. Overall, my partner and I loved this hotel for our short trip to Stockholm. We would 100% stay here again (hope to when the weather is a little warmer) and would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Stockholm.

Nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

This is a well appointed hotel with very friendly staff. The location was great spot to explore Stockholm from on foot. The room was large, quiet with a nice bathroom. Didn't use the bar that's near the lobby, but the restaurant was great for breakfast with a lot of options and a wide selection of sweet and savoury. Extra points for the cheese on offer at breakfast.

The room we were allocated required a lift, but we still needed to wrangle heavy luggage down steps, then back up again when we left. It's a small thing.

We had a 5 day visit to Stockholm and chose this hotel for its location right in the center and near shops, restaurants and coffee shops. As we were 3 travelers our room was pretty spacious, we had a twin bed and a pull-out couch. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was great, staff was very nice. Public transport is very close by including the Arlanda express which is the express train to the airport.

Would love to have better water pressure and hotter water in the shower but overall we had a very good stay.

I was quite happy with my stay at Elite Hotel Adlon. Due to the central location the hotel is ideal for sightseeing. The hotel itself is housed in a vintage building with very nice interiors and decors. Breakfast was excellent and the statt working the breakfast area was attentive and quick to replenish foods/drinks. Staff at the reception was also friendly. Generous check-out time (11am).

The room is somewhat small and although being clean it showed signs of wear and tear at several locations. The doors to the rooms as well as the hallway door shut audibly but it is still bearable.

Breakfast was good. Quite busy. Gluten free bread and cereals available and accessible without needing to ask Although hotel was busy our room was generally quiet (until the bar closed we could hear the bass but not too loudly) We went to the restaurant on the night we arrived and it was full. We had no reservation. Then they opened up another section for us. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed the food and service. Location was great.

When we were in the restaurant on the first night the music was a bit loud for easy conversation.

Great staff, excellent location both for the train to the airport (5min walk) and the old town and city. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Room was excellent- we were given an upgrade from what we booked. The hotel had issues with air con during our stay (c. 30 degrees day time external temps) but we had no problem and the room temperature was perfect.

Nothing really to dislike...due to the nature of the bedroom doors they did slam if they weren't closed gently. Some guests did come and go a lot, esp late in the evening/night so it woke us up a few times. This is not the hotels fault but just people being inconsiderate

Check in staff and Reception Manager were excellent. When my Husband became unwell, the Manager really helped us in booking extra nights and gave us a special rate allowing us to stay in the same room.

There was so little storage space with no drawers or shelves for our clothes and belongings. Just one shelf at the top of the wardrobe which was so difficult to reach and also check that we had removed everything at the end of our stay!

The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and well-stocked across fresh fruit, continental, scandinavian and cooked breakfast options -- loved the fact that there were plant milks and dedicated gluten free options away from the main buffet; so inclusive! The room was nice with good bedding, pillows and sheets. Shower was ultra powerful and great to use. Free WiFi was fast and suited to streaming or downloading things. Location was 5 minute walk from Arlanda Express station in central Stockholm, so finding the hotel was super easy.

There could have been better distribution power sockets on both sides of the bed -- having to unplug room lights/appliances to get these additional sockets was a little inconvenient. Our floor or room seemed to have thin-ish walls so you could hear people in adjacent rooms, but it didn't really affect the quality of our sleep.
