Elevator failed to work several times, like hanged up, didn't move. Garbage room stinks, there is no ventilation

The location was good and very close to public transportation to the city centre. There were also grocery stores nearby. I enjoyed the lounge area for the guests too. The bed was comfortable and it's really handy that the room has it's own kitchen which is well equipped.

The shower did not have properly hot water during the mornings on the weekend. The water was not ice cold, but just lukewarm, that was not great but bearable. My room was on top of the entrance and people would gather there to smoke and talk, it was a bit too noisy on Sunday night when I was trying to sleep.

Location at metro station, grocery store open till 23:00 and pharmacy in vicinity. Comfort room, simple but comfort with everything we needed. Kids playroom and leisure room on ground floor.

We were missing orientation plan or map of the building prior to arrival. We did not know there are two enters to building. We were at the back where entry code does not work after 6pm wondering how shall we get in. We did not know that there is another pair of more comfortable lifts at the end of the hallway. We had big difficulties to find the garbage room.

Good concept on using the door code instead of keys. It was important for us, as we were many people. The apartment is quite big and includes all the necessary facilitie. There is a good comfort zone on the ground floor with ping-pong, billiard and free coffee. View from the gym on the top floor is amazing.

We arrived and found that the garbage was not removed from the previous guests. When we asked a cleaning lady to fix this she told she couldn’t help! and asked to contact the central premises. There are robots allocated to answer your questions, so they cannot always help at once. At the end we got an answer that it was the responsibility of the guests to remove the garbage!

Nicely situated in Alvik, close to metro and commuter train. And an ICA supermarket at the square. We rented bicycles from Carmen at Nordic trails https://g.co/kgs/4bHSHx and had the best city stay possible. It is so much fun to cycle the green city of Stockholm.... We cooked twice in the apartment and had a lovely meal at Mälerpaviljongen. https://maps.app.goo.gl/BHJjbWtbMSGaHuxZA.

There were no stoppers for kitchen sink and bathroom washbasin, also a kitchen towel to dry your cutlery was absent on arrival. The response from customer service was 👍.

The room was very spacious and we particularly liked the kitchen corner as it had all the utensils and other kitchen equipment. Very nice place for such a price ✌️

We had a bed for two people but the mattress was too soft and overall dimensions were too narrow. Me and my friend were constantly bumping into each other during the night although we are not that big (two females of an average size). The room didn't have AC and there was only one window so it could get quite hot or airless sometimes Also, beware while taking a shower because the hot water comes only for 20-25 minutes then it changes to cold and you have to wait until it gets hot again

Had a great lift. A 1 minute walk from train station, but room was really quiet. Had use of lounge area with table tennis and Poole table. Had to pay only $10 a day for parking. Grocery store 2 minute drive away, and had a fridge, microwave and kettle so we could eat in our room. Also had a cooktop but we couldn't get it to work. Really enjoyed our stay here

Couldn't get help with cooktop that wouldn't work, phone number to call help was going to be charged, and even then got no help. Didn't matter though

Very good location, you completley by your self can come inside with the code which they send you on sms, In my appartment was a kitchen fully equipped, TV and table, hairdryer and iron. in this case it was nice that it all was includet!

I know how tide is cleaner time for cleaning, so some extra time, needs to give ovner of hotel, that thay can take out the frige and clean that small gap between frige and the kitchen cabinet, it was full with the dust. Plus they should check the towells what they get from cleening service, mine was either unwashed makeup or blood, but the other side was clean and white- 1 of the 100 cases probably! otherwise everything is good!

1. Magnificent view! (It was the 15th floor). 2. Very close to the metro station and 7 min to the city. 3. Very quiet at the hotel. A lot of space to read or spend time in the big lounge room on the ground floor. 4. Laundry room. The opportunity to cook in the room. You really feel yourself at home. 5. On my arrival my room was very well cleaned.

1. No luggage scales at the hotel. Please get one)) 2. The heating was on in the room and it was impossible to switch it off. In winter, I guess, it's not bad, but in summer rather hot at nights... I really cannot find fault with anything else. I liked everything. Some wrote about the stinking from the shower drain - in my room was everything ok. I guess, it depends on a room. Some would say it's too quiet at the hotel, and very few people - but for an introvert like me ot was just perfect. Some would not like that the rooms are not cleaned daily - but, as I said, for some people it's an opportunity to live in their own rhythm. (If you need a daily cleaning it's possible to be arranged.)

It was nice, but it could have been so much better, considering its price… However, the view was impressive (I was checked in at the 15th floor) and I have had a stunning view over the city. There is, also, a metro station and a supermarket at about 5 minutes from there.

The furniture, bathroom, plumbing and kitchen should be refurbished. The kitchen was “equiped” (it only had a scrached pan, a little pot, old cutlery and a broken stove top). The shower had good pressure, but the sink kept clogging, plus the cabinet was pulled back from the 70s. The kitchen cabinets and TV were also dated.
