The breakfast was nice, the staff we're mostly helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfy. The location isn't perfect, but you can easily get to the city center via Tunelban.

Upon check-in we were asked how often would we like our room cleaned. We agreed with the reception staff that every three days would be quite enough for our 9 night stay. However our room was cleaned for the first time after 5 days, and when consulting the staff, we were told that we have to book the cleaning a day in advance, even though we already made arangements upon checking in? We resolved the problem, and everything was fine in the end. The rooms also don't have an openable window, the room gets a bit stale after an hour or two.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Stockholm for a weekend getaway, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space it offered, despite being a one-bedroom unit. The room was thoughtfully designed, featuring a cozy bed adorned with an abundance of pillows, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The Scandinavian-style bathroom was another highlight of my stay. It exuded a sleek and modern aesthetic, with clean lines and minimalist design. One of the highlights of my stay was the inclusion of a fantastic buffet breakfast. Each morning, I eagerly made my way to the dining area, where I was greeted by a wide array of delicious options. The selection of dishes was impressive, with a blend of traditional Nordic fare and a touch of international flavors. I was particularly delighted to find a variety of Nordic dairy products and even a selection of exotic fruits, despite it only being May. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The room offered ample space, a comfortable bed, and a charming little table by the window. The Scandinavian-style bathroom added a touch of elegance to my stay. The buffet breakfast was a true highlight, with its extensive variety of dishes, including Nordic delicacies and unexpected exotic fruits. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm. Whether you're seeking comfort, style, or a delicious breakfast to kick-start your day, this hotel has it all. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and the opportunity to experience their hospitality once again.

While my stay at the hotel was overall fantastic, there were a few minor areas that could be improved upon. One aspect that I noticed was the limited range of poultry meat options on the buffet menu. As a guest who prefers poultry, I found myself limited to just one option, which was turkey ham. While the turkey ham was tasty, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety in terms of poultry choices. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from the overall dining experience, as there were still numerous other delicious dishes available to enjoy.

The room was very clean and practical, with a nice big window and an open view. The bed was really big and comfortable and I loved having so much desk space. Very diligent cleaning staff, and good selection at breakfast. There’s a good supermarket right across a street as well, and easy access to local transport.

It’s a big hotel, so when it’s fully booked, it gets a bit hectic at breakfast and you have to wait for everything - reception, elevators etc. - for a while. And since it’s a chain hotel, thr decor is very generic throughout.

Hotel is perfect choice for it’s price: it’s outside the city center, but there is subway station in 5 mins, so you can get to Gamla Stan in 25-30 mins. There is nice quite neighborhood with cafes and supermarket near the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel is pretty diverse with big choice of food. There is an iron and ironing-board in every room.

There is restaurant and bar on the hotel’s first floor, so it’s crowded and noisy there during weekends, our neighbors were loud at night, we’ve heard them through the walls. Our room wasn’t on the first floor but with the windows inside the yard, so it was as first floor from that side, the windows were looking right into the mountain. There are too many people during breakfasts at once, but still hotel staff can easily handle it.

Fresh, clean, and super conveniently located! Love the big desk in the window—and the room’s window itself was huge! It overlooked a lovely tree-filled cliff. So calming and beautiful! Hardwood floors looked clean and bright. The sauna!! (There was a slight mishap on the first night, but the staff addressed it and referred the matter higher up right away.) Very kind and attentive staff!

These aren’t dealbreakers by any means, but there were two odd decor choices: purple wall color (only one one wall of the room), odd sports themed pillows. Maybe switch those out for something more neutral?

We had a room for 3 people which was very spacious and comfortable. Big windows and a really nice view. The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was super! The location is not central but we stayed there because it was close to our family, and it's located in a really nice neighborhood next to the water, and has a metro, cafe and supermarket right outside the hotel.

Since the weather was hot the room was very warm during the day and the ac didn't really affect it very well. The hotel is a little old, but it looked still well kept

The Hotel is located in an easy to reach location, both by foot and public transport. Near the hotel is nature to explore, nice walks to be had and plenty of restaurants available to grab a bite to eat. The Breakfast was really good with lots of choice which was actively kept stocked so no running out later in the service. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful when asked questions about the area and regarding safety.

Incredibly reasonable price wise. Good location near Alvik Metro station which takes under 30 mins to the Centre by Metro. Large breakfast selection to suit everybody. Free luggage room to leave your luggage on your final day.

Family room slightly compact but the bunk beds are built in and fold away if too tight. Hotel had a Sauna but no pool but not really a negative as you rarely spend time at the hotel when in Stockholm

A great breakfast with brilliant service was provided. A very broad range of options for breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly. Location was great, very easy to get to, less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Rooms were comfy and clean.

Rooms could be updated a bit as the general layout is like a room for 10 years ago, however it was very clean and comfy so perfect for a short stay.
