Nash Airport Hotel

Everything...it was just one night But... Since my tired arriving, the kind reception, the amazing Room conditions, wonderfull bed, big and clean shower... everything amazing!!! The dinner at the restaurant in the hotel really pretty good. ... and all the disponibility to help with the bags in every moment you need, a shuttle to the hotel every 20minuts and the way back also. Simple perfect and recomended. Thank youuuu soooo much

None, absolutly nothing

For an one-night stay due to early flight, this was a good choice. The shuttle bus between the Geneva airport and the hotel runs very often (every 10' from 4am, and a bit more sparsely later) but it's very convenient. The beds, pillows and sheets are quite comfy and nice for resting, so that's a big plus! The staff was helpful regarding the info on how/what/where.

I think the styling of the room (standard room) was really outdated and given that the room size is quite small, all the carpets, extra curtains and other stuff are just unnecessary and are 'suffocating' the space needlessly. It could do with a renovation. This of course is just a general thought.

Very close to the airport you can even walk to it.

Check in, restaurant and breakfast were all good. It was very quiet although so close to the airport. I liked the convenience of being just a short bus ride away from the airport.

I got confused with the shuttle buses and ended up boarding one for the NH hotel (although I did make it clear that it was the Nash Airport hotel I wanted) so was taken well out of my way. The staff at that hotel told me that this was a regular occurrence so I think it would be helpful if Nash Hotels made it clear on their website/booking confirmation that clients should look for the bus with 'Nash Suites' on its sides.

Even though this hotel is close to the airport and the highway, it is nevertheless very quiet. The windows are of superior quality and block all outside noise, also they can be covered with heavy drapes to block all sunlight and allow a very restful sleep. Rooms are small but comfortable, with a generous bathroom. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel shuttle every 20 minutes makes it easy to get to and from the airport. It is also possible to walk there, but because of the proximity of the highway, the way is quite convoluted, the shuttle is preferable. There's also convenient public transit nearby to visit the city, which you can do for free thanks to the complimentary transit pass included in your room!

Excellent location by the airport so it was perfect to catch our early flight next morning. Hotel even organised our free public transport in Geneva which was lovely surprise. Nice small but comfortable room, great bed and air conditioning working well, everything very clean and price for location and otherwise expensive Geneva was really good. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this hotel to everyone especially if you have early morning flight to catch but not only because you can easily and quickly get to city centre by the bus ( stop is just few minutes walk away ) and you can also get lovely train from the airport.

Would be good to install doors in the shower as water was spilling on the floor.

We were a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. They gave us what seems like a connecting room. Just that there were two toilets, one with shower facilities and one without. Anyhow, this made the unit very spacious so we definitely enjoyed that! The shuttle bus going to the airport was very convenient. However, with the reviews and people on site telling us that the timing isn't always reliable, we were left a little worried and stressed while waiting for it early in the morning but it came 3 minutes early! Lucky us! Going back to the rooms, they were very clean, modern and comfortable. There is air conditioning which was a major wow factor. If you stay at the property, look out for the email that asks you to register for tourist cards that give you access to free transportation to get around. Then you can hop on the public buses that takes you to the city centre in about 15-20 minutes. Just for extra info...it's a group of 3 hotels in the same area. Nash Suites is higher end. Nash Airport is mid range and the funky cool Nash Pratik looked quite ok if you are on a lesser budget. All properties are in the same area and share the same shuttle bus going to and from airport.

I think the only issue was the spot to catch the shuttle from airport to hotel. We didn't know where to go so we just paid for the public bus. It was only like a 5 min ride to the hotel. We would have walked but wasn't sure where the pedestrian footpath leading to hotel was.

Great hotel airport, regular transfers from Geneva airport to and from the hotel. Good value food & drinks at the hotel bar / restaurant and a varied menu. Friendly staff working in reception and the restaurant.

The only bad thing to note was the bus driver (airport transfer bus). I speak a little bit of french, I asked the bus driver a simple question in English because I wasn't sure of all the words necessary in French (I can't remember what exactly) and he was very rude responding FRENCH ONLY! If you work in an airport hotel, you're likely to come across many guests who don't speak french, so the response was very unnecessary

Standard room - meets expectations for an airport hotel. Close enough to walk to and from the airport with small luggage (10 minute walk) but convenient airport shuttle available. The spa and gym are a good bonus though I did not have time to try them during my trip. Easy bus connection to city centre and back with free ticket for hotel guests.

Airport shuttle could be better organised by asking guests to notify reception of approximate time when they would take shuttle. In our case, two guests had to be left behind and wait to be picked up on a second trip as there were not enough seats on shuttle. Guests who turned up after me for airport shuttle hopped on and grabbed seats at the expense of earlier guests who were left to wait for next shuttle. Breakfast is rather expensive at €25 per person.

Alexis at the front desk was excellent. He helped me combine my reservation from booking.come with a second night when I checked in as I would need to stay for 2 nights. He remembered me the next evening and took the extra time to print a receipt for me that included my two nights so I could easily provide one receipt to Easyjet for reimbursement. He gave absolutely excellent customer service.

The staff didn’t want to seat me at a table in the restaurant for dinner because I was alone. They wanted to save all their tables for parties of two or more. There were about 5 empty tables for two when he told me this. They said the bar was my only choice. I went somewhere else for dinner.
