The location is fabulous. It's facing Starbucks, and it's close to Manor and other shopping placings. The price is good given that it's Geneva.

Like most hotels in Geneva, the hotel rooms are just standard. The lobby is basic, and there is anything special. The beds are very narrow although that I'm not big or tall.

This hotel is beautifully situated along the Rhône River. There is easy access to the old town, the museums, theaters and local shopping,(The Manor reminds me of The Bon Marche). Breakfast in the morning is great, but like most restaurants in Geneva, a bit pricey. Overall, my wife and I could not have been happier with our time in Geneva.

Great location, close to the train station, close to the lake and water, lots of restaurants close by.

It seemed a little expensive compared to other available properties in the area.

A luxurious hotel in a brilliant location right on the lake shore - a quick walk across the bridge and you're right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is well presented with polite and courteous staff. I found it difficult to determine the parking situation when I booked the room, but there is vallet parking on site. My car was parked in the underground garage for the two nights I stayed. Our room was on a corner and offered a view of the city and distant mountains from all three windows.

Location is very good, central and a short walk to Geneva train station. Beautiful views from the breakfast room.

The hotel is very old, feels like 1950s vibe. This adds character to the place, but also unfortunately not as comfortable. The rooms are small and cramped. Not a huge issue for me but don't expect this to be a relaxing environment. If you're just using this as a base to explore the area then it's fine. Breakfast offered was quite limited.

The location was brilliant. The staff were so helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good, I had read reviews saying it was poor and sparse. There wasn't a vast amount there but that didn't mean no choice as it was constantly replenished. There was everything you would get in any hotel.

The bathroom was small but perfectly functional. A kettle for tea would have been nice. There was a coffee machine.

Brilliant location, beautiful room - very clean spacious and comfortable. Great for a city break.

The only thing I could mention as a negative was the fact they don’t advertise that you have to pay for the parking despite suggesting it as an “amenity”. We booked this place as it was cheaper than having external parking but that didn’t end up being the case. P

Nice hotel in a perfect location - next to the lake so walking distance to the city. Close to tram - so if you want to go to CERN - it is also possible. Great place for citi break. Hotel is nice, clean and stuff is freindly.

There was no parking place in hotel but well it is city centre. So we parked in the next hotel or in the city parking.

The staff are always available and helpful. We didn’t have the right power outlet adapter and they lent us one to use during our stay. The rooms we have are as expected. Clean and all in good condition. The lake view room is really nice and spacious. Starbucks is right downstairs and also a bunch of other restaurants on the street facing the hotel. Great location for everything. Less than 10 minutes walk from train station.

Good location, nice cosy room. Near Central train station. Good to walk around the center. Bed is fine.

Staff should tell guests about free transport on arrival - Geneva pass. I could have used it for 2-3 days. My room was small, but enough for one person
