Hotel Des Trois Couronnes & Spa - The Leading Hotels of the World

I've stayed twice in this hotel and I have enjoyed the experiences of both times, as each were completely different. The first time I stayed I was with my children and the second time I stayed I was with my partner. I LOVE the staff, they are so friendly and helpful! I love the location of the hotel, and the suite that I stayed in. It was the same exact room, as I loved the corner suite, with the spacious living space to move around. Feels like a mini apartment than a hotel room. So definitely worth the money, even if it was for one night; both times I have stayed there.

This time around the breakfast. The eggs didn't look cooked, so we ordered an omelet and that was excellent. We had to hunt down the breakfast staff, since they were standing in the lobby area talking at the podium. For the amount of money we spent on breakfast, we were hoping for a "wow" factor and there wasn't one.

We know the hotel very well. We have been probably in the past few years about 10 - 15 times to the Hotel Trois Couronnes and it is one of our favourite hotels in Switzerland. We like the style and location very much. Breakfast top, the terrace is oustanding.

Despite the fact that we have been so many times to this hotel, we were a little bit surprised that the receptionist did not know, that we had been to the hotel before. She asked us, if this is our first time. And we were a bit surprised that we did not get an upgrade, although there were not many guests staying at the hotel.

Everything about it was perfect, the room, the view, massage and the staff.

Our room has no A/C duct while the sofa tv place next to it with AC. We had to ask for fan and sometimes we open the window. We wake up most of the days in the middle of the night because we’re sweating.

Beautiful and spacious room. Loved the view and small balcony. Very comfortable bed. The restaurant is on a wonderful terrace. Good food. I also enjoyed swimming in the indoor lap pool. There is a nice outdoor area to relax and sunbathe. The location of the hotel is terrific!

The room was very spacious and the personnel was really nice. The self care products were at the highest quality!

The water in the pool and the jacuzzi was not warm enough, so we stayed there for about 15 minutes and that was quite dissapointing. Also, the temperature in the room was quite low.

No coffee and tea corner in the room.

everything was perfect - as my schedule was jammed and I was due to arrive at around 9am - the team responded to my "backward" booking quickly and prepared the room for my arrival! Breakfast was excellent (and the cafe with the terrace), the room was clean and comfy, special thanks to Emma at the reception desk

Old world charm but with modern touches. The suite we had was perfect for us (2 adults + newborn). The staff were super attentive and provided us with all that we needed to stay with a baby. Restaurant was great and spa treatments were excellent.

Nothing

Beautiful hotel right on the edge of the lake. We had a deluxe lake view room and it was spacious, comfy and had an incredible view. Food and drinks are good but in line with the luxury status of the hotel it is expensive.

Be sure to try and get breakfast included as it is very very expensive if you have to purchase separately. In fact, just go out and get breakfast somewhere else if it is not included.
