Very friendly and polite staff. Good varied international buffet breakfast. Beautiful gardens and pool areas and located at quiet end of beach. A few minutes walk to reasonably priced restaurants, travel agents, pharmacy and shops and 15 minutes walk to Fisherman's Village tourist area and night market.

Signs to stop guests reserving sun beds all day long when not in use should be implemented to prevent unnecessary guest conflict.

The breakfast was the BEST we had in thailand. The pools were so nice, we stayed in the deluxe rooms near the beach but the other complex looked a little unwelcoming.. But the place is great

We did not plan to spend all vacation at the hotel, but it turned out to be such a lovely place so we prolonged our stay. Yet, there were some issues. First of all, it is important to know that the hotel has two parts; one is pretty basic and another is much nicer and more modern. We realized it on our third day, while exploring the nearest hotels in order to choose the place to spend the rest of our holiday. What you see on the photos is actually the better part of the hotel. And if you book the standard room you’ll probably be accommodated in the basic part of the hotel. We spent there our first four nights and didn’t like it much; balcony facing the pool and the opposite building, big but very simple room. Long story short, when we found that lovely part of Celes villas, we asked our tour agent to book the room there for the rest of our stay, which made it 14 nights total. But when we asked the receptionist about our booking, we were informed that they reserved the same standard room for us, whilst our booking was made for the deluxe room. After a while, the hotel agreed to provide us the better room where we wanted and last 10 nights we spent in the cute room with nice view. After all, we really enjoyed the place. It is just 10 minutes beach walk from the Fisherman village, there are plenty places to do sports and yoga meeting sunrises, clean beach and pleasant sea, lots of massage services on the beach as well as next to the road, laundry service and car rent just in front of the hotel. And breakfast was good, it would be great to add some seafood options, but still there were enough options to choose from even for my quite strict diet.

Excellent breakfast. Nice pool area and you can dip in the sea. Not so private but works fine. Pool area quite busy and people reserve sunbeds.

Quite pricey compared to quality. We had our room close to the street which was noisy especially at night. Air con and street noise kept us awake despite we had ear plugs. Make sure to book a room from the beach side.

Lovely clean room with fantastic shower and possition. Very good built - you cant heard any noice from around. Nice breakfast. Amazing pool area with dreamy view. Nice staff

Breakfast was always the same, with longer term stay we prefere some changes. The food at the restaurant was not good but with the highest prices - not recomended. The hotel is not adapted for those who leave the island in afternoon hours and need to change clothes and have a shower after check-out time + no space where you can left your suitcases. For hours they stand in the middle of main hall where everyone were goint around. Weird.

Be reassured, the hotel is real gem 💎 with a staff ( that we heavily tipped at the end because so good) We stayed there 2 weeks with our 4 month old baby to go at our own pace. There are all you can drink in your refrigerator, the room was really spacious and well decorated. The bed was immense and we could even sleep with our baby in it. There are three swimming pools , all of them great in their own way. You will find whatever is needed to be comfortable for you. The restaurant happy time next door cooks super well and so is the little drinks shop with the lady lacto OVO vegetarian. She was the warmest person I met! Massage next door and laundry in front of the hotel. Go for it! Everything is convenient and affordable

Lovely hotel, clean and well kept. Ideal location away from the hustle, and bustle of Fisherman's Village which can be very busy, especially on Market nights which I think are Mon, Wed, Fri. You can get a Hotel Taxi to the village for 200bht, or theres a free Hotel Bus leaving at 3pm and 6pm. The staff are friendly and will do there best to fulfill your requests, just ask. Multinational hotel so expect a wide range of nationalitys. The breakfast options were varied, and very nice catering for the different cliental, but don't expect a full English. You can get one in the Village if your desparate😁

Towel culture which I thought had long gone. It's fine if your going to use the sunbed etc but often towels were placed for hours with no one using them. The hotel would remove them after an hour if no one returned, and only if you asked. Best thing to do just throw em in the pool. The beach is nice but the sand is very hard to walk on. It's only narrow and, the tide fluctuates only 5 to 7 feet. There is an incline so it gets deep quick so be careful. It isn't a 10 minute walk to the Village, 20 to 25, if your close to 60 with a dodgy knee. Be aware there are 2 parts to this Hotel, check out the room selection. There are Garden Rooms and Blocks. The pictures shown aren't what we were given although the room was very nice, so no issues there.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms and pools were super clean and luxurious. Like even down to the switches for the lights were well thought out and practical. Incredible views across the ocean Close to the Fisherman's village and various shops. Handy shuttles in to the mall if so required

Could have more vegan/vegetarian options particularly at breakfast, when it wasn't really labelled for allergens or ingredients

3 beautifully big pools and the breakfast setting really stand out,good breakfast ,big nice rooms

Administration, didn't except my credit card and threatened with cancellation,took lots of emails and nearly one week for them to approve it,no apologies at all,beach is pretty muddy and water on the dirty side,but with so many pools not really a problem,the extremely noisy air-conditioning nealy ruined the holidays as we missed out on a proper sleep

I stayed in a villa with garden view and it was so lovely. There are 3 swimming pools to choose from, the breakfast is great, the staff accommodating. It was truly relaxing.

The only thing I have to comment on is the loudness of the airconditioner and the fact that there was no handsoap/wash in the bathroom.
