I really enjoy staying at the hotel the staff are really friendly and the rooms are very clean

I don’t like sleeping on your pillows they are very uncomfortable. My neck are always hurting when I wake up in the morning they are very high for me.

The staff all are great personalities and helpful . Specially Akram The breakfast and room service foods were delicious, 10/10 Smooth check inn and out. The swimming pool is good and the gym too. I would recommend it to all, and i will plan to go back soon and spend more time.

The hotel is very clean, the reception and housekeeping teams are friendly and helpful. The layout of the restaurant 1550 is highly efficient and made in a way, that it does not feel crowded and the sitting area is separated from the serving one, which gives space both physically and emotionally as well. It was also safe and convenient to stay there with a toddler. The swimming pool was warm, so we enjoyed staying there even at 8 a.m. in December.

I booked via booking.com and the hotel charged me upon check-in, but at the moment of check-out, I had to be charged for something again, because they did not debit the correct amount upon check-in. The housekeeping took the dirty towels from the bathroom but forgot to put new ones, so I had to call them and follow up on this. Also, I noticed that they didn't wipe the table while cleaning, so I had to remove the breadcrumbs which my kid left there myself.

All staff from reception to housekeeping were very welcoming, starting with Ilana at frontdesk when she fixed our mistake in our booking and even gave us a complimentary early check-in and late check-out. The breakfast was excellent with all staff like Amrit, Mohd anwar made sure all our requests were met. The hotel was just like we wanted, a quiet and relaxing weekend. Not to forget Mohd ali and the rest of the team who handled our bags and car at almost care. Once again, thank you all.

There was slight mistake in our booking but it was taken cared of by the reception staff. Fujairah is not a well known tourist place and just a suggestion if you want more people to come and use the hotel, please lower the room rate so people can come more often

1-Slow in answering the phone calls for the customer service. 2. They will keep you waiting for at least 15 minutes till they direct you to another line. 3. They told me that they will call me back but they never did. 4. I was under the impression that I would come and my room would be set up for the special occasion that I called and waited for but no once again knew about it!! in fact I waited with my complimentary cookie for more than 20 minutes until the checking system works.

The location was right in the middle of the city with easy access to Lulu Mall, Fujairah mall and the Shk Zayed Grand Mosque. The hotel was super clean and smelt so beautiful. Every room or area that you access was smelling divine. Asma at the check-in was super friendly and helpful. My son had the biggest smile on his face when they gave him a balloon and some sweet treats. They also informed us of the face painting happening at the kids club. Warm cookies at check-in is a wonderful touch at every Double Tree by Hilton. The breakfast spread was really good and yum. They even Karak Chai which is usually a rarity in such hotels. Housekeeping were quick and efficient as well. The beds were comfortable and the natural light in the room made the stay even more pleasurable. The pool is small but good enough with very few sun beds which need to be booked in advance. The steam and sauna area was really good too. The property is fairly new and hence the facilities were all well taken care of. Special mention to Amrit who greeted us with so much warmth and Chef Saurav who made the best omelettes for us.

The Iftar and the Dinner buffet was way below our expectations. For a beautiful hotel in the middle of Fujairah city, we expected a better spread when it came to the Dinner buffet. It was charged at AED 99/head but the food, variety and taste was not upto the mark at all. We were really very very disappointed.

Room was spotless & full of all basic amenities including bathroom, dental kit etc. Buffet breakfast was superb. Hotel also has a cafe & two restaurants. Pool is also nice & big.

Location is in Fujairah city and far if you want to explore Khor Fakkan, Rafisah dam & Dibba. At the time of booking, hotel management told that they will arrange towel arrangement and small cake for my husband’s birthday but forgot. But anyhow its okay maybe bcz it was a busy weekend for them. Also, hotel Sauna & Steam room weren’t operational when I went today.

The front desk personnel was incredibly friendly and efficient, the room had a lovely outlook and was immaculate. I want to sincerely thank Humayra and Fatima, who works at the front desk. They made my visit as pleasant as possible, and Fatima helped me solve my problem without any hesitation. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, making my time at their Bistro 1550 one of my best experiences ever. I want to give a special thanks to Rashika for watching over me while I ate and to Chefs Shourab and Bikoula for interacting with us all and making sure we all enjoyed the meal we ate, which was wonderfully distinctive and delectable. I also want to thank lifeguard Devender, who was constantly on duty keeping an eye on us, to ensure that we were safe, which I felt secure while swimming, and he is very friendly and helpful.

The valet parking service at your hotel is nothing short of extraordinary. The efficiency and attentiveness displayed by the valet attendants were truly impressive. NoorShad was always prompt in retrieving my car and ensured that it was parked securely. I never had to worry about the safety of my vehicle, which allowed me to fully enjoy my stay without any concerns.

variety of food is less than I expected but there is nothing much to be concerned.
