very spacious room, kind staff at check in and checkout, the room smelled really nice like some perfume

communication between staff is a bit off, i wanted to get water so called room service they told me to call housekeeping and housekeeping sent me back to room service in the bathroom there is no shampoo/shower gel next to the bathtub but there are ones in the shower but because the bottles are secured you can’t easily take them from shower to the bath tub

Hi I would like to open a investigation request on one of your staffs, I called the room service @1:00 night on 3 June 2021 and the lady who was on the phone was very unprofessional in talking I ask for a water she said u have to pay for water !!!! She was very very very bad in talking to me even at last when I said thank you she didn’t answer and she closed the line on my face this is very unprofessional and unethical, I hope u take the action against her coz this is a very bad image for your hotel U free to can call me any time if you need more details /050_6946699 /055_4564884. The staff I approached should have answered me regarding my checkout in a different way rather than saying no right away without checking the details. Approached the counter to confirm my approved late check out, requested days before i arrived in Fujairah. She should have checked all the details first before saying that we don't accommodate late check out. That would have been a good service. Generally I enjoyed it but that instance where am on my last few hours of stay made it uncomfortable. I understand that she might be busy at the time am talking to her or she's tired, she should have asked me to seat and wait. There's a lot of ways to deal with guests. Another thing is the TV. Should have been accessible to casting from phone to television.

We got a free room upgrade and it was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and we liked the layout of the bathroom which was also very big. Good location and good bar/ restaurant facilities on site. Staff friendly and helpful.

It was a great experience. It was our first time in Fujairah and with Novotel. My sister had a blast on her birthday. Reception staff were very nice and accommodating. They have given all my request and exceeded our expectation as well. Great hospitality, kudos to the filipino restaurant staff and their superiors who were extra nice to give my sister her special request for her birthday. It really made her day extra special. The hotel smells good and clean. Excellent location and great value for your money. Would definitely recommend them to friends and relatives visiting or staying in Fujairah. Can’t wait to go back soon. Keep up the excellent job!

Wish the room will have the same air freshener used in the facility. It is really smelling good and clean.

Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, staff were very friendly

Housekeeping was really average, we were 3 in a room, had to keep asking for towels and toothbrushes for 3 people, when they knew we were 3 people why not provide for 3 people, it was really quite annoying, we had to keep asking all 4 days of our stay, plus they refused to clean our room after we had showers, saying we only clean rooms once a day, very unpleasant.

The reception staff was so welcoming and helpful. In particular, Jummie was a star. She is an example for all hotel staff how to make guests happy. She not only spent an hour with us to put us into adjacent rooms and working out the best possible permutation and combinations, she also extended one room at short notice at the rates at which we had originally booked the rooms. Really pleased.

Housekeeping poor. During our 3 nights stay they only cleaned the room once and that too after calling them 3 times. They did not replace or replenish the toiletries and the room was not cleaned properly. The hotel must do something about the housekeeping staff who seemed very lazy and tried to shirk their work.

The staff at reception was very helpful and warm. Chef Arun helped us a lot. He specially prepared Veg-Jain meal and also supported us with vegan food for our child who is allergic to milk. He makes awesome food. No need to worry if you are a vegetarian or vegan there are some options. Armina was very friendly and did her best. Thank you Novotel Team to help us with our specific needs and extended your warmth.

There should be steam, sauna and other activities in the hotel

I like how accommodating all the staffs are. The food during breakfast was amazing- it’s highly recommended specially the almond raspberry pastry👌🏽😍 And i truly appreciate the Covid-19 precaution measures you have in the breakfast buffet area- we felt safe & assured👌🏽 I like the choice of music they’re playing in thelift- classic and zen👌🏽

What we did not like is the water leaking from the shower door to the outside floor every time we had a bath🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s so hazardous coz the floor would get really wet and slippery 🤦🏻‍♀️ the shower door needs to be fixed. But with all fairness the housekeeping was quick to respond when we requested for them to wipe the floor coz the only towel mat was soaked already. The sink needs to be deep cleaned as there were a bit of grime on the sink edges🤦🏻‍♀️

I come to Fujairah for diving at the weekend, Novotel completely meets my expectations. The staff are friendly, the room is clean and the Bookstore bar is always lovely. The Novotel is 5 minutes drive from all the major landmarks in Fujairah city.
