Americourt Hotel and Suites - Elizabethton

I was able to bring my dogs. Relax in the room and watch tv. Having family and pets made the stay so much more enjoyable. The room was big enough for 3 adults and 3 dogs. I liked being able to take my dogs out to potty and no issues.

The room was good. I saw that there was used forks behind the dresser. Looked like it had not been swept in a very long time. Plus there was roaches in the room. So not sure if the staff or owners know this....but would be a good idea to do something so you don't have lots of issues. I saw many baby roaches. Killed them...but I am sure there are more. So there could be a nest in the room. Just a heads up.

The beds were really comfortable! Absolutely loved the messaging recliner!!!! Excellent location. Smelled clean and fresh upon arrival. Definitely budget friendly!!!

The pool was not open. The rooms were slightly dated. But overall a really great place for the price!

It was a very welcoming environment, i'd quiet neighbors. Unfortunately, to COVID the pool and breakfast. Were not available, but that's okay. All the restaurants nearby were pretty good.

I wish that it wasn't listed. That breakfast was offered since it does not.

Location was close to town and grocery stores. Rooms were cozy and clean for the most part.

The room I was in smelled musty and a lot like mildew. Come to find out the AC was leaking so bad that the entire carpet in front of the AC was drenched.

The property was very clean and the King Bed room I stayed in was very good. the mattress is on it’s last 6 months. The best thing of all was the most comfortable chair with matching large ottoman.

The parking lot was not managed so people were out there talking at midnight. I had to call the office about the noise. credit to the office for immediate action. Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable! It's simple and homey and the staff are very nice. Not expensive and it is definitely way cleaner than most other hotels around here. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an exceptional,cozy, and sweet place to stay.

No breakfast and no pool. But no complaints! Those really aren't complaints.

The staff is always helpful friendly and accomadating. Jessica and Teresa have been nothing short of amazing the entire week of my stay. I will definitely recommend and return to Americourt when needed. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The privacy is appreciated and the environment has always been courtesy and welcoming. Thank you Americourt for the home away from home hospitality

Everything always is very clean and tidy. Theresa at the front desk is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Housekeeping is awesome. I'm obviously not the only one who loves this hotel, the large parking lot was packed!!

The staff was amazing, the room was clean, and the bed was delightfully firm, with no sagging.

Nothing, honestly. The wallpaper border was messed up, but I don't honestly care. I know some people are bougie, though.
