Quality Inn Cedar City University Area

Choosing this hotel was done mainly on the price which is significantly lower than others nearby, as well as it being so easy to find. We were very happily surprised at how much we actually got!! We were met at the front desk by a very well put together young man who was friendly and competent Upon entering the room a sense of well being was evident. It didn’t feel like a hotel, it was more like a small apartment. We felt comfortable and relaxed right away. Everything was beautifully updated and very clean. Breakfast was tasty and warm,(except the coffee pot wasn’t working) but there is coffee in the room. Check out was a different but very friendly and competent young man We will most definitely return to this property as well as recommend it to family and friends!

I seriously can’t think of anything. I’m sure the coffee pot in breakfast room is fixed by now

Easy access to the freeway and choices of eating establishments. Breakfast had nice food options. very friendly front office staff.

Pool and hot tub did not appear to be clean and access door was open, so accessible to the public not just the motel customers. Room door has a big gap and the base that allowed air and light through. Very noticeable floor damage by not weatherstripping the door.

Breakfast was exceptional, the staff was very helpful and the bed was very good and comfortable.

Also the power outlet near the sink did not work, and there was no stoper in the sink and I nearly lost my toothbrush down into the plumbing. Also in most motels there is a vent that comes on when you turn on the lite in the shower/ toilet area but not in this room. Lastly the front curtain was with food stains. Not your problem but they were refinishing the road in front of your motel and they started early and the construction equipment was very noise and woke us up every morning.

comfy bed fridge & mircowave shampoo, etc provided ice bucket provided hot choc/coffee cups provided TV channels guide good breakfast - I liked the pancakes & orange juice - I noticed the kids were excited to watch it work! FUN for them Friendly personnel

I would like to have had the garbage taken out every day There was space under the front door and when the cold wind blew I could feel it clear over to the bed. I rolled up a towel to cover the space & in the morning, the towel section that was stuffed in that space was frozen.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I didn't expect hot food for breakfast, so that was a good surprise! Scrambled eggs with cheese and sausages. The coffee was much better than I anticipated, too.

The ice machine in our building was out of order, but they had another two buildings over.

The room was just a little bit smaller than the last time I stayed, but it served our purposes. It would have been nice to have a table to eat at as we had to eat in our room. It was nice being able to get food, but the room just didn't have a table which made it a little tricky to eat with three people. The dining area was clean and did offer a choice of food to eat. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a friendly smile and hello.

A table to eat at in the room would have been nice. I know they were trying to conserve water, but it would have been nice to have our room cleaned each day.

When we arrived, our rooms were not together as requested. Somehow there was a mix-up. We were traveling with pets and requested 2 rooms for 2 families on the bottom floor. We arrived late and the young man at the desk said there were not two rooms together on the first floor. We had my 85 year old dad and another family member who just had surgery and could not do stairs. The desk attendant said there was a room that had been under maintenance and he would check to see if it had been fixed. It was, but was not cleaned. He went and cleaned it himself and vacuumed and everything, making it nice for us! I wish I could remember his name (night of 5/22/21). We were so impressed and grateful! We were also impressed with the nice "make & take" breakfast that was provided in the morning. We had been traveling for a week and were on our way back home. Many hotels said they offered breakfast, but because of Covid, they did not have breakfast when we arrived. This was a huge disappointment, especially when we paid so much for a night's stay and didn't have time to look for a place for breakfast in the morning. You provided a great alternative to have a nice breakfast and we felt like we got our moneys worth. We also felt like you had the best rate for our pets than any other place we stayed. We will definitely return and also tell others about your great hotel. Thank you!

Not a thing. Wished we arrived earlier in the day to use the nice pool.

food hot and tasty. Good variety Sauage gravy very good. Attendants were right there making sure we had everything. People were friendly

packaged bagels where not good. Biscuit's were hard. Parking in the back was a little awkward. - might want to keep them in a warm enclosed space instead of out in the cold where they can become hard.

We couldn’t work the TV remote the front desk staff came and handled right then (turned we had a towel blocking the box not tech people. Also want to thank Victoria our breakfast attendant she was the best, I wish other places would have people like her working their guest services this world would be a happier place

Spa could have used a few more bubbles maybe that’s just me we loved everything about you and will return

I was able to get some documents printed at the business center due to the helpfulness of the desk clerk. They did charge 10 cents a sheet for the paper and I had to email the docs to the clerk ( I would have preferred confidentiality) since their printer was out of ink and unusable because the date and time had not been updated since March, but at least I was able to conduct my business.

I didn't mind paying for the paper (it isn't free to them) but if you are going to offer a computer for business use for travelers, please update the date and time and keep a supply of ink in the printer. In two other hotels on this trip I was unable to use the business center printer because the ink cartridge was empty.
