Lobby and bar area very nice and modern. Very clean and fresh hotel. Rooms well soundproofed so could not hear anythibg from neighbours. I got an early checkin free of charge, and a evening checkout for a reasonable price. If you want a more fancy stay, Pommern would ve the right choice.

A small fridge in the rooms could be nice to store ie. water and snacks. Toilet paper kind of rough.

There was rather a lot of noise in the early morning, which woke me up. (But sound insulation is not great in almost any hotels.) The payment at check-in did not work with any of my cards.

The location was great; close to everything. I also noticed several services at the hotel: equipment you could rent etc. The room was very modern and spacious which I loved.

The breakfast wasn’t as good as I expected, which is unfortunate, considering everything else was great. While I saw vegan cheese, there was not much for a pescaterian in the hot food station. The restaurant was busy at the time when I went there (exactly when it opened at 7am but there was a group there) and I didn’t get a chance to check with the staff for available options (nor did I see a sign that would say they have them).

The location is the best in the city, the lounge is cozy, the restaurant is nice and all in all good hotel.

Breakfast could offer Cottage cheese and porridge with steel-cut oats. The Sauna area was not that cozy.

it was a great location and the room was a very good size.

there were drops of blood in the stairwell. I told the staff about it and we stayed for 3 nights and they were never cleaned. The bedroom was cleaned but was disappointed with the lack of action on the mess in the stairwell.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The receptionist at that time was a fellow Filipino, she gave us welcome drinks! The breakfast buffet was good, location is amazing, and the place is very clean.

We stayed in a quadruple room and it was a bit cramped.

This hotel was fully renovated, new and stylish. Location is perfect right in the city center.

Breakfast was good but not as expected. There was a football tournament during our stay, too many visitors and confusing layout made it a bit difficult to move during breakfast.

Staff was friendly and allowed for guests to stow their luggage in a locked closet before and after checkout so you wouldn't have to carry your luggage with before town departure.

Location, the beds are comfy, the breakfast was good.

The shower has no cover, because of that everywhere gets wet after having shower. It is quite dangerous and unpleasant for the guests.

Best hotel in Åland! We enjoyed our time very much here, the parking was an perfect extra. Great choices at breakfast. We stayed there for 3 nights and will be back next time.
