The location of this hotel couldn't be any better, and the staff are friendly. There was a good variety of breakfast items and it was nice the breakfast was served until 10.30. Our room was bright, spacious and clean. Bonus points for floor heating in the bathroom.

There were only a few silly things I'd like changed: the hotel only has one sauna so there are separate turns for men and women and it seemed the pool closed before the sauna was heated but also was only open during day time when you're generally out and about. The rooms have seemingly had a facelift but the bathroom looks a bit run-down compared. I'd also like to see at least one type of vegan yogurt for breakfast rather than 5 flavours of only cow's milk ones.

Had a major hope to go swim with the toddler, but the swimming pool is deep and rather cold, so there was no any shallow space and I could not hold her. But it’s not and issue! Also this system with booking swimming pool with sauna, so we could not go altogether as a family. The thing that the fridge and microwave can be used only through the receptionist - so you have to ask for it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us know early in the morning which was really appreciated.

The decor could be modernised a little bit but it’s still fine.

We arrived by boat in the early morning. I had received a code to get inside the hotel and there was a key lock that opened with the code also. Functional service! Breakfast was basic fantastic.

This was unstaffed from the night and morning we were there. We had to go to the main hotel for breakfast.

The room was really clean and comfy. I especially also liked the friendliness of the staff! The breakfast was fantastic and that I could have a sauna despite it was not the official sauna-hours was greatly appreciated.

There was a clicking sound coming from the bathroom's electricity that was irritating. As there was some construction work going on just next to the sauna, my stay there was really noisy.

While I was there the hotel reception was unmanned. Breakfast was served near by at Pommern Hotel. It worked out well, everyone was super friendly.

The hotel had no heating (apparently because only open during summer, but nightscand mornings were already chilly.

Breakfast was really good, even tho it was served at the other hotel. The size of the hotel room and the shower was good and bed were comfy. The hotel's location was super.

I really liked that it was recently updated interior wise, so better installations and the furniture was super comfy and great television and the bathroom was nice and spacious and the hotel was super nearby the city centre!

First room on second floor we did not like at all. Window facing the lobby and reception of hotel. Not an upgrade if you ask me. However , staff was very helpful and let us switch to a room on third floor. Bigger room. Being able to let fresh air in. Good when you brought a dog. Great beds. Slept like a child.
