The rooms are so cute and we'll decorated. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us drop our bags early and when we had an early check out the next day, they prepared a breakfast package for us to take on the road. Very kind! The location is great making walking all around the city easy and enjoyable. It is quiet despite being so central and every detail has been thought about. Highly recommend!

I stayed in Hotel Berati only for 1 night. The location was right in the center of Berat, close to everything. The hotel has beautiful stone features and the rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Excellent wifi and room has air conditioning, which is such a relief after walking around Berat under the July summer heat. Breakfast came with the room booking but unfortunately, I left too early so I wasn't able to try it. But I always appreciate when breakfast is included as it helps for an easier start to the day. The staff is also very friendly & helpful. The night staff didn't speak English well so he called his colleague, who checked me in in the morning, to help me figure out bus schedules. Overall, I had a great stay & I would've enjoyed staying longer at this hotel.

Amazing location in the middle of the national park. The owner is super kind and nice. Meals are served from local products, everything is fresh and homemade. The house and its decorations are quite traditional and do make you feel like you are staying in the house of a typical albanian family.

One of the shared bathrooms was a small one with no separation between shower and toilet area.

Everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious with variety of tradicional things. My room was clean, big and with a cute small balcony. The lady at the recepsion can speak English, Italian and also German. The Lodge of Wine at the corner was perfect and there I have bought Albanian Wines for my family and friends. The best Hotel that I have stayed in Albania! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who arrive to Berat.

Very nice traditionally decorated hotel in a perfect location. The staff were very helpful and welcoming - they were waiting for us when we arrived to help us park (directly opposite the front door). The best feature was the lounge where you have breakfast, which is done out in rustic style, and doubles as a hang-out space in the evenings - each table was complete with a bottle of Raki and some shot glasses.

Central location, 5 min walk from city bus stop. The bus stop back to the terminal is 2 mins walk as you turn left out the hotel. Hotel very well signposted from main road so easy to find. Rooms very clean, bathroom on the small side but not a problem. We didn't take the breakfast option as it was a very small buffet, better value in the town. Overall, a great location to explore Berat.

lovely room in a nice hotel. the staff were very. the room had a lovely big balcony too. we didn’t have breakfast but it is available at the hotel. wifi and aircon worked well. good location in town, about 200m from the old town. would stay here again.

Just to note that parking was a bit tricky. we were lucky to get a spot out front in the narrow street but not sure where else we would have parked if this was not free.

Unfortunatelly both mattresses on beds in my room were in terrible shape (or they were so soft) - need to be changed for new ones (harder).

I loved the traditional feel, welcoming staff and the location. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend this Hotel for those wanting a traditional experience. I stayed here the night prior to leaving Albania and it was a great way to end my 2 week stay.

I had a very pleasant 3 nights here. The room is very comfortable and clean, it also comes with big balcony to chill. The location is close to main attractions and I love the decorations and design of the hotel.
