Resort is located on the hill, only 7 min walk to the sea, but enough far from noisy bars and disco on the coastline. It's a very nice place for rest, we had a brand new spacious room with all necessary facilities. All as on the photo. Resort offers a good buffet breakfast, during our weekend stay there were several kinds of flakes, juices and cheese, ham, sausages, omelet and fried eggs, salads and solo vegetables, some fruit ans pastry, sometimes jogurt. Most time we spent at their amazing pool with deep and shallow part for kids. They provide pool towels by the way. Staff and owners were very helpful and friendly. They also had a restaurant were we had lunch and dinner, when didn't want to go to restaurants on the coastline, price at the hotel are higher.

Pool is in the shadow after 15:30. Does not really belong to resort, but part of the path to the sea (about 200 m) is along the road without pavement and lighting, which seems to be dangerous when dark.

The Olivia's Hill Hotel is new. Everything looks really modern. The rooms and facilities are great. 5 storey accommodation with roof terrace on top. Super food and great staff. Very friendly and all speak English as well as Albanian. Coffee and drinks good price and lots to choose from on the menu. Breakfast was plentiful but a bit European for me. Pool fantastic with loads of sunbeds, free towels and plenty of shade if you needed it. A great place to stay in Durres. We'll done.

Only downside was the access to beach. Have to use an over pass bridge across the road. BUT this did mean you were away from the throng of holidaymakers along the front by the sea. We preferred to be at the hotel where it was a lot more peaceful. Even the poolside music was good.

Literally one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. This hotel is brand new. Location is fantastic in Durres Beach. The reception guy was very polite and welcoming. He was explaining that breakfast is from 8 -10 am and I told that we are leaving early. He suggested that they would bring some fruits and drinks in the evening to replace the breakfast. What a great Idea, and I was surprised to see the room service guy ( really polite and perfect communication) bring a cart full of fruit slices, fruit juices and freshly baked desserts, souffles, and ice cream. wow, I imagined how full the breakfast must have been. The room is huge, bathroom is really big and it shines from cleanliness. Plenty of towels and amenities available. So to conclude, brand new hotel, well designed, welcoming staff and high level of cleanliness. Highly recommend. If you stay in Durres, it is the best option and great value for money. *****

There were not hotel slippers in the room , but I believe they would be provided on request. Never bothered to ask the reception about them. The floor was really clean so I didn't feel the need to have them.

The swimming pool was lovely, comfortable sun beds and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were given a free lift to Pleba at the end of our stay which was lovely.

The wifi did NOT work at all in the room on the first day. On the second day we noticed a modem in the room (we had been told to use the wifi for the floor we were on), so we used that. On the third day it seems someone had entered the room and taken the modem out! So no wifi again........... BREAKFAST.... If you don't go early for breakfast (before 10) then the cheeses and hams (left open) becomes hard. Some of the dishes were empty as well. (The sandwich rolls were delicious though) ....The shower water always spilt onto the bathroom floor, am sure it can be fixed. .......FOOD... We ordered some food by the pool, the chips (fries) took 40 minutes to arrive and the second time they were not cooked enough and inedible. No mayonnaise in the whole hotel either.

Our stay was pleasant and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The staff made everything to keep us happy - for example the room service was like in a five star hotel. Food was good but the menu could be more versatile. Hotel is located in the hills and it has a beautiful garden with chill pool area where is collection of water toys so you won't get bored during your sunbathing. There are also cute hammocks to have a nap during the day. Hotel offers also massages but the prices could be a little bit cheaper. It was a perfect hotel for relaxation and we didn't even want to leave the hotel area. Special thanks to Marjan and Claudio. And also the boys working in the restaurant. You are doing a great job, keep it up! <3

It could be great extra service for the hotel to have a beautician to do for example pedicures and facials. The Wi-fi could be faster. We don't really have anything else to complain, our opinion is that it should be a five star hotel. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

The hotel is fairly new so is very modern. The bedrooms were a nice size and the bathroom functioned very well. The breakfast was okay but it was not all put out for 8am which is when breakfast starts. The food (fried eggs and omelette) go cold very quickly and the toaster wouldn't work on the last day. The swimming pool area is nice but there are lots of cats and, if you are unlucky enough to get a sunbed by the grass, there is a really bad smell of cat poop. Also, the bridge over the autostrada to get to the main promenade, shops, restaurants and beach stops short of the road on the other side and is very dangerous. The beach was huge with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and very cheap. The restaurants on the way to the promenade served very good well priced food. The roof terrace has a bar but doesn't serve drinks, you have to get your drink from level 1 and then take it up in the lift to the roof terrace which is a real shame. So to sum up, an okay hotel but could improve on some things.

Staff was very welcoming with a smile every day. The room was very clean and with a comfortable bed. We stayed 3 days and it was a great place for a short break to rest and relax. You could go for walk to the beach or stay cool around the pool. The hotel is located in a quiet hilly area. Breakfast was buffet style. The menu of the restaurant was quite limited, however there are so many restaurants at the beach with sea view if you fancy a change. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The menu of the restaurant was limited but ok, staff said they were working on it, and a new kitchen area was in progress and had plans to expand.
