Very Clean and sophisticated looking hotel. The rooms are nice, cosy and neat. The staff is polite and the hotel is managed well.

Nobody to help with the luggage. It's self check-in. No dining facilities apart from Morning Breakfast and no Room Service (Food). No Complimentary drinking Water bottles are provided.

Hotel is centrally located for all the attractions in Tirana, bus stop is right in front of the hotel to reach most of the places including the main bus terminal. The local transport for the airport is about 100m from the hotel. Rooms are very clean, extremely comfortable, with best breakfast.

I arrived late in the evening and had to leave early in the morning, they gave me free water and told me to call the front desk in the morning for a cup of coffee as the restaurant wasn’t yet open. they have me the following morning coffee and a full breakfast in the room for free, amazing of them!! on the last day I asked for late check out and they said that it was ok till one o’clock in the afternoon. would definitely return here!!

Exceptional location, every interest point is reachable by walking less than 5 to 30 minutes. Room 1102 with king size bed was very big and luxurious looking. The Air conditioning was very efficient to keep a confortable temperature even when outside there were 40 degrees celsius. The breakfast was diversified and tasty. Many good restaurants are 5 minutes away, Skandenberg square 2 minutes away. You can take the City Taxi to many locations around Tirana including to Durres to the beach, or to the Airport at a standard fixed price.

Everything was good, the following are very small improvement suggestions: The ceiling had an intermitent red light from the smoke sensor, made sleeping harder. The mirror in the bathroom had a strong blue led which made sleeping more difficult.

This is one of the most comfortable rooms. Pillows here are more comfy than in the single room. Plus, you will be provided with a bottle of water and disposable slippers. Windows look on the other side of the building, away from the noisy main street. The shower room is bigger. Tedi who works during the night shifts is a very nice guy. Breakfast is amazing. U can choose between cheeses, hams, eggs, veggies and sweets/fruits. I haven't tried coffee but the tea options are good. In addition to this, the room is provided with a kettle and a few tea bags and a small fridge. I've traveled a lot and this hotel is so cozy and comfortable, I really enjoyed being there. Btw, if u want to try local food. Check this place, it's not far away from the hotel: "Ceren ismet shehu" kalaja e tiranes.

Amazing workers at the reception. Everyone speaks English, people are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, cozy, walls are thick enough to prevent noise entering from outside. Warm water, in the shower room everything works fantastic. Overall the renovation of the hotel looks new and from decent materials. Very comfortable bed with two pillows. There is a small fridge with a mini bar. During breakfast you can ask workers to fill your bottle with water. Options for breakfast are good. Salty and sweet tables with veggies/fruits/ 🥞/sausages/ eggs etc.

Everything is good. The personnel of the hotel takes care of you.

* customer service could be improved - at the reception evening staff didn’t pay attention at all, they were always on their phones not even checking who we are . Same at the breakfast - the waitress was playing videos on her phone out loud when waiting for everyone to finish their breakfast and wasn’t offering anything- this has changed on our last day when a different lady was there

Room is fantastic, reception 24/7 Stuff is friendly, helpful In the room you will have a bottle of water for free. These rooms have windows on the less busy side of the road. Pillows are very comfy, wifi is great, breakfast (7-10:00) has good options. People speak English fluently Greetings to Tedi!)

I would suggest paying attention to the carpets. They need deep cleaning from the dust. (P.S.: carpets are visibly clean but when you touch it with bare feet, you can feel that there is some dust inside)

This is a great hotel, excellent location, few minutes walk to the main square, and close to shops, restaurants and supermarket. The room was extra large, with a big bed, TV, luxury bathroom, everything is clean and super tasty breakfast included. The breakfast included a variety of eggs, cold meats, vegetables, pancakes, fruits, rice pudding, cakes, brioche, coffee, tea, juice and bread.

The staff need to be more friendly and helpful. Please smile guys!

Hotel was in a great location in the center, very close to Skanderbeg Square and all of the main attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was fresh clean and modern, and on the 10th floor we were above the bustle of a major street. Although I missed breakfast, a receptionist was kind enough to bring me coffee and some pastries from the kitchen.

Offstreet parking was a bit tricky to find and not easy to get in or out, but it’s a valuable commodity in that part of the city.
