Location is amazing. Staff were really nice and helpful. Free parking is good.

The hotel itself is a little old. The rooms could've used a little renovation. The windows are soundproof and wind was getting in unfortunately. The basic amenities (like slippers and toothbrushes) were not included in the price. The google maps can confuse you regarding the parking place. Follow the signs in the city.

The location in the heart of Tirana is unbeatable! The rooms overlooking Skanderbeg Square and the Dinaric Alps are great and have (almost) everything you need. I haven't had breakfast, but there are many nice cafes close by, where you can eat and drink at every time of the day. There is also a very laid back cafe on the ground floor.

There was only one accessible plug in the room and it was not in a very useful location. For a hotel in this category, I found this a bit poor and I had to use my appliances one after the other.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We really loved this place. We stayed there on our first night in Tirana and woke up to the view of the construction site, but the second night we stayed we got a view of the beautiful piazza! Wow what a view! The breakfast buffet was exceptional with gluten free options and so many food choices. also the breakfast restaurant is superbly placed. Lots of sunny places to sit over looking that fantastic view. The bed mattresses were comfortable. Great mini bar! The staff were welcoming, kind and professional. Thank you.

Tall construction site along one side. The rooms are a bit dated. Pillows could have been better. Too fat for me. The coffee wasn’t great - kinda thick and gloopy. TV channels

The location is perfect, just right in the city centre. I appreciated the work of the reception desk, helpful when needed to get some information. The best thing was the breakfast, a wide selection of tasty food and when sitting outside, you can enjoy a nice view on the central square.

I was a little bit disappointed when I ordered the dinner to my room. The instructions were to call either the restaurant or the reception. I called the restaurant, apparently the chef did not speak English and even though he repeated my order, no food arrived. After a complaint, it was fixed by the receptionist so I recommend directly the reception when using the room service.

hotel with the best location in the city. just a few footsteps away from the historic Skenderbeg Square. the restaurant is top notch, very good food and spectacular views all around. The breakfast was very good as well, buffet and plenty to choose from. secured parking and the rooms we stayed in had a great view of Tirana.

The pool was closed; the WiFi did not work consistently — on and off; they could improve on the soaps and shampoos in the rooms; the TV channels are very limited in selection.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, we had a room overlooking Skanderberg Square. Parking was free, convenient and secure; hotel was well signposted from the roads upon arrival in Tirana. Room was a good size with comfortable beds. The hotel seems a but old, but in a charming way (& is well looked after) Some unique features remain such as a console between the beds which as well as housing lights switches has a radio and audio jack's. Breakfast was a buffet in the restaurant (1st floor with terrace overlooking Square), plenty of options including local/ traditional and more standard breakfast items (cereal, yoghurt, donuts). Coffee from the machine was good.

There are not many sockets (electric points) in the room... and none near the bed for mobile phone charging.

Tirana hotel was a great experience. All the staff was so helpful, smiley, and very professional. Especially, the staff at the breakfast bar of the hotel were great, especially Rakela, but also other members of the team. Reception staff were great too!. Will, for sure, return. It was, overall, a very pleasant stay

The position is impeccable. The room is very comfortable, nicely sized. The bathroom is excellent, boasting also a bidet and bath gowns even if it separated from the room just by glass walls. The service is magnificent, as it is common in Albania. A lot of empathy and problem solving attitude. The beds were comfortable, the cleaning perfect, the mini as inexpensive. Good breakfast.

Nothing. Maybe just the fact that the dite news and sauna area were still closed for the Covid period.

liked the location it was in front of skenderbej square ,feels safe also you got a free underground secured car park ,rooms were very cleans everything was good include AC in rooms bed sheets very cleans and very comfortable beds you got a snack and alcohol minibar which was extra charge and you got the price list above the desk.
