Great welcome at reception. They allowed us to check in early, gave us plenty of information about the hotel and were just generally really helpful. The room was lovely, beds nice and comfy. Bathroom a good size and plenty of room inside the shower unit (I am quite a tall person and this is something that often gives me trouble). Hotel was located right near the main square, and only 5-6 minutes walk from the airport bus drop off point. There are banks and money exchanges just over the road, and bars and restaurants aplenty within 10-15 minutes walk. A super hotel

This place definitely deserves the rating it gets on booking.com. The staff at the front desk was wonderful and a pleasure to speak with. The room was immaculate and well maintained. Breakfast in the restaurant room was excellent with great service from the wait staff. We wanted for nothing. This hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in Tirana. It is located near the center of town and is in easy walking distance to all the major sites and well as lots of restaurants and various neighborhoods. It is highly recommended.

This 4 star hotel has a very good location. It is just a 5 min. walk to the city centre (Skanderberg Square). Nearby, you can find a lot of restaurants, cafés and a supermarket. Although the hotel is located at a junction, it was quiet at night, so I had a good sleep. The hotel room was in a perfect condition, absolutely clean (which is very important to me) and well equipped. The big bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was splendid, the food and beverages were very tasty and had a high quality. The staff was very friendly and service oriented to make my stay as nice as possible – very professional! Wifi was free, the connection secure and very fast. I felt welcome all the time and had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay there again.

All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. They can help you to find a lot of restaurants, cafés and a supermarket. i asked front desk to coordinate a taxi to airport - receptionist told me cost was 70 euros which is insane. i arranged a taxi to pick me up at 4 AM for 20 leks which is less than 20 US dollars. i would like to think that staff will recommend the best options to a tourist which includes fair prices for taxis and tours. still, staff is young so might not have known better.

The receptionist was super hospitable.My wife and I reached the hotel around 8 a.m.after our flight was cancelled and our mood was terrible.The receptionist asked us to proceed for breakfast since no room was vacant.At the restaurant also the staff was excellent.After breakfast we were asked to proceed to the top floor which was a bar to rest till our room was ready.Shortly the receptionist reached the top floor and handed over the room keys.5/5 rating for the hotel and the staff.

Good buffet breakfast. Nice beds. Our room had a bath tub with jacuzzi, but not all the features worked. Nice towels and hotel amenities.

Some aspects of the jacuzzi tub needed maintenance.
