We spent 3 nights here in a room on the third floor. There are no lifts but this was not a problem for us. We liked the modern feel of our room and the bathroom was a decent size. The location was great for exploring Tirana on foot and close to the local buses too. It felt like the hotel was in a party neighbourhood as there was loud music playing each night when we were there, which we liked. There are lots of nearby bars and restaurants. For breakfast, we had a choice from a menu, which was handy as you could pick what you wanted without excess food wastage. The highlight were the staff. All the reception staff spoke exceptionally good English and were extremely helpful. The hotel manager, Grinda, was super helpful. We would stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Real eye for detail with the design/styling, loved our room with the jacuzzi inside and such comfy bedding/mattress. Real clean too! Staff could not have been any better to us, so smiley and friendly, good English and did everything we asked. Amazing value. I know it's Albania but I'd say a room like ours would be more like £300-400 a night in London, so we were so so happy. Breakfast was also amazing, and the restaurant is very stylish. If I really have to mention something, it's only for the hotel's benefit in case of anything goes wrong.. I'd say a non-slip mat is needed in the bathroom, the tiles look so so fancy but can get slippery.

Very nice room with a cool balcony. It is a small boutique hotel very well located. It is just a short walk from the Tirana Castle, the Air Albania Stadium and lots of fantastic options to eat. Neighborhood is super safe so we could walk any time without any worries. Staff very helpful and we strongly recommend booking your transfer in/out the airport with the hotel. The driver was super nice and gave us valuable tips on the city and the country in general.

Bathroom got "flooded" at every shower (and we were 4 in the room...).

The receptionist was very friendly and everything appeared really clean and fancy when entering the building. The receptionist showed us to our room, and explained exactly the information we needed to know. The room was awesome, and the bed was so comfy. This was really great especially after doing the valbona to theth hike. The bathroom was really clean and we also had complimentary shampoo and conditioner which smelled lovely in my hair. Air con also worked

Pros: - Modern + lovely decor - Excellent location - Excellent and helpful staff - Clean and lovely bathroom - Delicious breakfast (although limited variety, they made us something we asked for which wasnt on the menu which we really appreciate)

Cons: - room surfaces dusty - uncomfortable beds - no lights on stairs kept on, and lose gold metal bars going up the bannisters. It is an accident waiting to happen. - Didnt change towels for 3 people. Kept leaving only 2 but always provided when we asked - Fri and Sat music and noise is loud from nearby bars and clubs until approx midnight. So not best choice if you need to rest early. On Monday this wasnt a problem however.

Breakfast excellent! Really top - a la carte and well confectioned Location top! Really in the center of town and at walking distance to the busy neighborhood of Bolku but without the noise ;) The rooms are excellent. Lovely decorated and with enough space. Bathrooms are also excellent - all you can expect, even with a jacuzzi hot tub ;) with top and also a hand shower

No elevator For us was not a problem but if you have large suitcases it will be a little too much to step 3 or 4 floors

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Tirana as well as being in a good location for cafes, restaurants and bars. The room was stylish and very comfortable with good amenities. Breakfast à la carte was tasty with a good choice on the menu.

The rooms on the first floor are right behind reception and you can hear voices in corridor so it would be a good idea to bring ear plugs just in case.

When we checked in our room, we found the tap in the bathroom was broken. But Clive at the reception was very cooperative, he upgraded us to another room on the first floor and even helped us shift our luggage. I left my Apple iWatch by mistake in the first room however, he came to my room and gave it back to me. The staff also allowed us to check out late from the hotel without any extra charges. Though the breakfast was ala carte but it was really good.

The Breakfast could be changed into a buffet with more options for people with diet restrictions.

Very helpful and responsive staff. One of the most friendly bunch of people that made me feel welcomed Modern and clean room with large comfortable bed Great location, it's only a couple minutes away on foot from the hotel to great bars and restaurants and it felt more central than the actual city center (which is also only 7 minutes away on foot)

Nothing worth mentioning

Nice room with terrace on the ground floor. Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very nice; you have a choice among a list of items. The location is perfect and so convenient as it was close to many things.

Room was behind reception. A little noisy at times when other travelers were going into and out of their rooms. At one point electricity went out for about 10 minutes and came back on. I don’t know if it was the whole area that was affected.
