My bag got delayed in the airport for 5 days Just a small tip, don't trust that the Airport will deliver it, just go there yourself and search and this is amazing advice I got from the hotel concierge but the hotel by itself had ZERO mistakes

Dear General Manager, During our 5 night stay we had the pleasure of experiencing a consistently excellent level of service from your concierge, driver-tour, room cleaning and restaurant-breakfast room staff. Clearly evident is that these staff are extremely well trained, courteous and respectfully professional. In particular, our well appointed room was kept spotlessly clean - the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of Jetmira exceptional and very much appreciated by us. Claude (apology for the incorrect spelling), our driver-tour guide to Berat & Durres and transfer the airport, is an excellent safe driver who provided interesting-informative facts in a personable manner. Also, Klodian our waiter in your restaurant made the dining experience on both occasions even more special. Please pass on our gratitude and heartfelt thanks to those staff members. truly a 5-star hotel. just about everything in the hotel is excellent. large room with amazing city view, comfy bed, first-rate amenities, responsive and friendly staff, helpful concierge and valet parking, everyone speaks fluent English. they were friendly to my wife—who is a pianist—and even let her play the grand piano in the lobby. everyone went out of their way to make us happy. we would stay here again without hesitation.

these are constructive comments, because we would absolutely stay here again: 1) the spa prices are way too high. 2) the mini bar items took up too much space in the small fridge. 3) the rooms are non smoking, but the hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. 4) the light switch system in our room was a bit confusing—there was an electrical problem with one of the switches and we weren’t able to turn off some of the room lights. the front desk immediately called a worker to resolve the issue, and we were satisfied. 5) also, the breakfast was very good, but not 10/10 excellent.

The service was excellent, and our stay was so relaxing. We enjoyed every minute. They provided a luxurious experience. It was beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend it. Everything was simply wonderful.

Excellent location, right next to Skanderberg square and Et’hem Bey mosque where Christmas markets, lighting, Ferris wheel, Christmas tree and restaurants are all around. So happening.
