The location is OK - a short walk to the nearest access, and shorter walk coming back from skiing. The crew was great and hospitable. The rooms were very clean. The lockers at bottom level were very comfortable to use.

The breakfast wasn't much more than mediocre. As nice as the crew was, it lacked professionality at times - we had to remind them to reserve at the restaurant for us although we asked earlier. Occasionally, there were noises from adjacent rooms. Price is good compared to other hotels in Pas de la Casa, yet it doesn't feel to me like it is totally returned in value.

The location was great, 5 mins walk into the main town / the slopes. The staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us. They booked restaurants and cabs for us and helped with everything we asked. The locker facilities make it really easy to manage everything and they cleaned the rooms everyday which was really nice to come back to.

It was a bit expensive generally but we were travelling at New Year so we kind of expected it.

The personnel at the reception desk was lovely and very helpful, also the receptionist at the nearby Caribou apartments, where I could have a shower after skiing on my last day. The room was very big. The panoramic view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially when the sun set behind the mountains. Access to the pistes only about 200m away, through some kind of tunnel next to a ski repair shop.

A bit further away from the village centre than most other hotels in Pas, but not more than a ten-minute walk anyway. A few more vegetarian options for breakfast would be good (baked beans, tomatoes, fresh cucumber and muesli, for example); the fruit was great, though!

Everything is perfect: the staff is wonderful, the breakfast buffet has enough of a selection, they have a separate room for your snow gear, and it’s truly close to the ski slopes. The room was HUGE and the view of the mountains from the room was phenomenal.

Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't have been anymore helpful! Rooms were very nice and made our stay comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was also very good and had a good range of options to help fuel us for a day of skiing. Location was also good, walk back up was a little tough after a full day skiing but took under 5 minutes so wasn't too bad

Great options for the breakfast, continental style. The room had a great view and there was a bar at the hotel for late snacks and drinks.

Some more vegan / vegetarian friendly options would have been welcomed.

what a lovely hotel - clean, modern, good Wi-Fi, great size room, free safe, superb daily cleaning, fab ski locker room, lovely bar, fab range at breakfast and fantastic staff

nothing - it’s a bit of a walk from town but there are shortcuts from the slopes - we knew it was uphill but it’s good exercise after a meal!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean for both the group of 3 and 2 bedroom. Balcony overlooking town was a nice touch. Good selection at breakfast. Staff were all really polite and helpful throughout.

Reception were very helopful parkingmy van and whn my daughter was taken ill they advices where to go to see a doctor.

really well located! very near the slopes, I could see them from my room! breakfast and dinner was very good (not fancy, but convenient and diverse to get good energy!) Roman, who coordinates the staff at the restaurant was great!

think the facilities are a bit old, and I really missed a living room to have a drink after working hard on the slopes!
