the properties location is absolutely perfect. really short walk to the slopes and the rooms are small but really comfortable. The shower was lovely. we were able to buy our ski pass and lessons directly from the hotel which was also very handy.

we went to get a drink at the bar one evening and staff completely ignored us. we were standing at the bar waiting to be served and the barman was chatting to other customers and then went on to his phone. We just left the bar after this. Other than that the staff were pretty friendly. The rooms are very warm and unfortunately the area it is in is loud at night so opening a window wasn’t really an option. I would recommend bringing ear plugs and everything would have been fine!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The water stream in the shower was great. The bed was comfortable and the location 50m from the ski lift and right next to a variety of restaurants and super markets was perfect.

The room facilities were old. There was no balcony to vent the ski clothes and socks after a long day on the slopes. No private parking.

Excellently located property with easy access to the Grandvalira ski area and also to the various amenities of Pas de la Casa. Very friendly and helpful staff with 24 hour reception very helpful for late arrival/early morning check out. Good ski storage facilities available. Would definitely recommend Hotel Casado to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for a ski trip to Pas de la Casa!

Lovely small, very friendly hotel. Rooms were spotless if a little dated. Bonus of a full bath as well as a shower. Breakfast was plenty for our needs. Great ski lockers and amazing location. We had a triple room.

Sometimes the room was too warm especially in the night.

Location is great, very close to the slopes. Free ski locker included was nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

Bathroom was very basic and emitted some strange sounds and smells occasionally. The WiFi is absolutely terrible, barely worked at any time

It was a nice 3* hotel and good value for money. Our room was a large family room with plenty of space and two bathrooms. The beds were the best part of the stay. So comfortable - but buy ear plugs!! Breakfast was fine and what would be expected for a 3* hotel. Perhaps one more option for cereal in the morning would be my only addition. We needed to be out on the slope early for a ski competition and they accommodated by opening the breakfast early!

Perhaps some better noise insulation from the back side of the hotel - the Irish Pub and a nightclub down the alley was noisy on the first night, but I bought some ear plugs and then slept happily through it. My children did not notice the noise at all.

Staff were friendly and always helpful. Organised lift pass and ski school for us. Staff great with children. Didn't have breakfast as kids fussy so sorted ourselves out for breakfast but always looked good. WiFi worked well in the rooms - we were 4th floor and was fine.

The only downside was heating seemed to come on during the night in the rooms so was a bit hot but if opened the window was a little noisy from street below. But it wasn't too much of an issue so didn't mention it to hotel staff.

The hotel's proximity to the slopes was excellent, but the best part of the hotel was the bed, as someone who struggles to sleep in hotel beds, this was not the case at Hotel Casado and all three members of our party said the same. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was a little loud on our first night, but this was a Saturday so was to be expected, the rest of the week was great

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the location was perfect. Carmen at reception really went out of her way to make us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Great value for money breakfast. In general very decent price. Staff Carmen and Nige were lovely, informative and chatty. Would highly recommend as a budget stay in pas de la casa :)
