We had 12 nights at the hotel and loved every minute. The most outstanding aspect of our visit has to be the staff - they were brilliant. Always with a smile and delivering excellent service. We had a Sunset Cottage. Very comfortable and certainly lived up to it's title. The minibar was refreshed daily with quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that we were asked to select before arrival. Lovely large balcony to enjoy the view. The food was a la carte with a weekly recurring menu plus specials. For us there was plenty of choice and the quality was excellent. My wife celebrated her birthday during our stay. Our room was 'decorated' by the hotel including a cake and bottle of house champagne all at no-cost. Over dinner more champagne provided and the cake served for dessert. Really nicely done. The option of two beaches was good. Always managed to find a recliner and umbrella although beach towels were often hard to find. The pool looked fine but we didn't use it. We had a late evening departure. The hotel provide two courtesy rooms and clean towels to enable a shower and change before leaving. Food and drink is still included right up to departure. Highly recommend this hotel.

They could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. The resort was stunning, the staff were helpful, and the food and drinks were delicious and generous. Access to two beaches and a pool. Comfy common areas. Incredible room and view (we had a sunset cottage). From 20 years experience of visiting Antigua, and taking the time to get to know the island, take my advice that this is one of the most beautiful spots on the island (jolly beach). The beaches on the west and south coast are the most beautiful. The sunsets are theatre and some of the best I have seen anywhere in the world.
Nothing comes to mind. It is a small resort but on a cliff so a couple of steep hills and steps so something to keep in mind if you have orthopaedic issues - however they have a golf cart they take guests in sometimes. There was an older couple there when we were there and I'm sure this is what they did.

Loved breakfast and lunch in particular. Loved the beautiful location - so peaceful and just soooo beautiful. Loved the free kayaks and private beach bars. I had some lovely, creative vegetarian meals while I was there which I really appreciated. Great that resort is couples only - made some excellent new friends. Staff were great and made the extra effort to make sure that we had all we needed.
To get a full choice of evening meal (there were usually three choices), you had to arrive to start dinner early. This annoyed my husband as he would have liked to have been able to dine at any point within the allocated dinner time and be able to choose any one of the options. It would be handy for both beach bars to serve the panini option for lunch/snack. You could only get the panini at the beach bar closest to the restaurant and as a vegetarian, I didn't have any choices at the other beach bar which served an amazing jerk chicken which my meat-eating husband liked very much. Our main room needed a little TLC - a few nails had come lose in the bathroom and pool area leaving exposed wood. It's rustic chic overall but a little bit if an update here and there wouldn't go amiss.

The Hotel is in a great location, situated on a cliff between 2 wonderful beaches, with views of the sea from every angle. Watching the sunset while on an almost deserted beach was an amazing experience. The rooms are lovely, and the outdoor shower was fab. There is no buffet, everything is made to order, and the mix of local and international dishes ensures theres something to tempt everyone. The wine with dinner was delicious and the cocktails are all made with premium brands. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I loved the relaxed, chilled out vibe of the hotel overall
Nothing. Having to go home was the hardest thing!

Good
All literature on all sites says the rooms are 2691 square feet. They are not, they are about 700. That is a serious shortfall so it was not what we expected

Home today after an amazing weeks stay at Cocos. The hotel is beautiful, set on a hillside between 2 gorgeous beaches with far reaching views over the Caribbean. Lush, well kept gardens throughout the property, buildings wooden, Caribbean style. Our cottage perfect with its own pool, hammock and sun loungers, serviced daily and thoroughly by the housekeeping staff. Food fantastic, varied options for all palates, every restaurant and bar staff member we met friendly, cheerful and always helpful. Front desk team great, nothing too much trouble and very helpful when booking trips out. Loved the beach bar and Bankys Grill. Always plenty of of sun loungers. if you are after a polished, chic, hi tech holiday Cocos isn’t for you, if you want a relaxing, chilled break whilst being looked after by a fantastic team in a beautiful Caribbean setting book Cocos, you certainly won’t be disappointed! We will be back!
Nothing not to like

The views around the property were amazing. Liked the privacy of having a bungalow that didn't share walls with any other guests. Despite there being events every night down at the main area, we never heard any noise in our room. Air-conditioning was strong, lots of friendly and helpful staff.
Probably would have rated higher if the price was less, but for the price we expected slightly better service. The dining staff was great but forgot our orders several times and most of the time we didn't correct them. Ordered extra pillows and didn't receive. Little things like that. But overall we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend.

The staff were so friendly and happy and the views are stunning. We really enjoyed our stay and the sunset pool room was amazing. The food is very good and they try to mix it up every day.
The food was lovely but as there is only one restaurant, staying there more than 5 nights could become a bit samey interms of eating. A nice problem to have though as it means you have a long trip.

The property is beautiful with two lovely beaches . The staff was warm and inviting. The food was excellent and beautifully presented at every meal. We loved the outdoor shower!
They tell you it is rustic, but no a/c in our cottage bathroom was more than rustic. The only air conditioned space on the property was in our bedroom. It was very hot in the restaurant but it was late august.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Stood in a cottage right on the water with our own pool over looking the ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and super helpful when you needed everything. The place is not large and has only one true restaurant. If your looking for relaxation this is where too come. The jerk chicken for lunch by the beach was wonderful and the run punches were excellent.
The place is a smaller hotel so you miss out on things like 24 hour room service. Also, after 9pm there really is no where to get anything to eat. You have to fill up your own water bottle which they provide(bottles are nice). However, late at night the station closet to my room was empty and had to wait until morning to get some. This isn’t a party place so at night there is only one bar that closes relateovely early.
