The food was excellent for all meals, with fabulous service. Staff were very friendly and always on hand when needed. Loved the breakfasts with all the fresh fruit, juices etc and the fresh smoothies available at any time!

The Bali bed on the beach for our room was directly behind others with no view at all, next to the grill - it wasn't prepared for us - for two of the three days and did not have a side cover, so did not shelter us from the sun when needed.

Lovely staff and a happy atmosphere - just the place to relax and unwind. Open sided rustic restaurant serves great and varied food for all three meals ( when chef Hensley Pryce is on duty you can tell the difference - he's the top man. ) Our room (57) was large, clean and comfortable and quiet but with great views out to the sea - and the spectacular sunsets. We had a lovely private plunge pool and good, strong outside twin showers. Excellent variety of drinks available at all times, and in room. A scenic beach abuts the hotel grounds and is a pleasant walk in either direction. Each villa has own covered sunbed on the beach, and Tevin and his chums cheerfully look after your needs. Strong anti-mosquito sprays provided in rooms - and you'll need them, and more!

The beach isn't the best for access, with rather a steep slope into sea with quite noticeable undertow and, sadly, seemingly devoid of any sea life. There seemed to be an absence of a senior manager or leader; if one was there I was not aware, but perhaps they might have been proactive in tidying up after recent storm damage on beach and in realising that music was often too loud at dinner. This is an ideal retreat for couples only but the ambience suffers when groups of noisy American couples arrive and behave as a pack. The paths between the wooden villas would benefit from better lighting and with clearer directions eg in case of fire or to restaurant.

Each room has its own Bali bed and loungers. Service excellent. Breakfast good, lunch great, grill good, dinner ok (but I’ve ever found anywhere that does dinner well in the Caribbean). It was very quiet - which was what we wanted. Some we spoke to found it a bit too quiet. There’s not much going on for sure. Again I put that here as a plus as that is what we wanted for this holiday.

You have a Bali bed and loungers but the loungers have no umbrella. The pool is tiny. It’s about 12m long and most of that is steps. It’s fine for a dip but it’s by no means a lap pool.

From the time we arrived, we were greeted with the kindest and most caring staff. The location was outstanding! Our cottage was perfect! They cleaned our room every day, gave us fresh flowers, and restocked our mini bar each day as well. The food was absolutely outstanding!! I can't say enough how beautiful the dishes were, and the flavors...out of this world! The chef overdid himself for every meal. The grill chef was fantastic, and the service was exceptional! I would highly recommend Keyonna Beach for a wonderful romantic vacation!

My only complaint, which is not about the resort at all, is their local frogs at night. They sound like car alarms that don't stop until the sun comes up.

I had a wonderful stay at your property, thanks to the incredibly kind staff, the stunning resort, and the fantastic massages. The highlight of my visit was experiencing the carnival, which was truly unforgettable. The service throughout my stay was excellent. However, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. The minibar wasn't restocked during my stay, and there was a persistent sewage smell that lingered throughout the week. Addressing these issues would make an already great experience even better.

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Keyonna. We celebrated my 30th birthday there and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, including a floating canapés basket in our private pool and Prosecco! The food and drinks were delicious, well above our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. There was enough variety, with dinner menus changing daily, for you to try new meals every day and everything we had was great. We enjoyed the live music, especially the live steel band! We stayed in a garden pool cottage which had a beautiful view of both the gardens and the sea and was just a few steps away from the beach. Every room has its own assigned beach beds and chairs which was a huge plus! The beach beds were large and comfortable and made our time on the beach even more enjoyable. Service was always exceptional and the staff were always genuinely happy to help! We also booked a beach dinner and massages at the spa, both were great experiences. Overall, this was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at and we want to come back! Will be recommending to all our friends and family.

Nothing at all!

The privacy and quiet primarily. Second the staff was 99% amazing leaving only a couple of employees very deadpan. The spa was also great!

Two things to call out neither of which is addressable by this wonderful resort. First, the sanctuary cottages are so close to the road you get road noise and loud car speakers in the middle of the night. Second, the beaches are public so despite paying for a sanctuary cottage’s implied privacy, we had people from other hotels set up their spot for the day right in front of our cottage.

Everything from start to finish at keyonna is amazing. Food unbelievable, cocktails unbelievable, true luxury at this resort. Tevin the beach butler was outstanding and so attractive, made our trip even better. The price is incredible also to have a private pool that is beachfront

I would have liked the bar to stay open a little later, I did want room decor that was not provided but when I brought it up to management at the end of my trip they were very quick to correct the situation

The resort has a fabulous low key boho vibe which we loved ! It’s the most perfect fly and flop . You relax as soon as you arrive to the gorgeous gardens and very welcoming staff . Definitely book a beachfront Villa for the experience .. it’s a though you have a little hut and private beach to yourself .. with lovely daybed on the beach and sun-loungers and drinks service all day . The breakfast and lunches are cooked fresh and great ! Turners beach is very gorgeous turquoise water beach which is stunning and tranquil in the morning and sunset but this sadly does attract cruise ship passengers and tour boats during the day . The restaurant is low key with subtle evening music which we enjoyed .

The resort is designed for ultimate relaxation !!! Sadly there was some construction of new wooden villas which was quite disturbing for any of the number 50 to 55 sanctuary pool villas and will likely be for the full season .
