I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and access to tea and coffee outside of breakfast hours. The building structure is quite interesting and eclectic. Hotel staff accomodated my late arrival and assisted with carrying my broken suitcase up to my room. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower. Recommendations for where to walk were appreciated and easy to follow.

There was a musty smell in the room.

The hotel is in the heart of a safe neighbourhood like Palermo Soho. The staff composed by Andrea and Nicola was really professional in accommodating my needs. I booked a single room and asked to check-in a couple of hours earlier, around 11. Once I arrived from the airport they upgraded my booking with a double room that was already available. Such a classy act.

The breakfast was really good! There’s the possibility to ask for pancakes. I think it can be improved with some more variety like cakes. I also liked the possibility to squash oranges to make orange juice.

Breakfast was great, I could even make my own fresh juice. In the evening we brough some wine and cheese and the host provided us with the wine glasses and plates to the room, they even invited us to taste another wine in the evening of their courtesy. The room was very cosy, despite there was no window, only the glass door from the room leading to an indoor open space.

In this little hotel I felt like at home. A simple but tasty breakfast, with freshly made pancakes and homemade marmalades was a great beginning for each day of my stay. The staff is very helpful and gave me good information about the interesting points in the neighbourhood or in Buenos Aires. I wish I can visit this place once again, this time with my family.

A very cute, quirky looking, small and comfortable hotel in a great neighborhood with an absolutely wonderful staff, especially Azul, who all spoke English beautifully. They did whatever they could to make us happy, from providing Subte cards to baking homemade empanadas. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on another visit to Buenos Aires.

We loved that the hotel itself is quite small and feels cosy and familiar with a lot of character, our room however was a good size. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace a lot and the feeling that you're not stuck inside a huge hotel when you're there. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming and the location is superb. It was a fantastic stay - we'd be happy to come back there!

the hotel definitely has some character. But it is obviously owned by a private person who has put hood willing people in there to manage it. it has lots of character. the managers are nice but their understanding of English is very poor. do they whereof no help in giving tourist advise even when asked for specific things. as for the rooms. the curtains let a lot of morning sun through and you definitely need a misquoto repellent.

A very unique place. I like this kind of small B&B places that puts their personal touch on the place. Its rustic and not luxurious but very cosy. Bed was good.

The room was cold and it took some time to get warm. Rooms quite small, but fine for 1 person. 2 persons with several bags would be tiny.

It was a big, warm, and cozy room, with very welcoming and ready-to-help staff, and an excellent breakfast.

Baby seat at the breakfast is not safe for small babies - easy to fall. But it's not a bad thing, you just need to find an extra rope to protect the baby.

Kind people. I strongly recommend Rugantino Hotel if you wanna visit Buenos Aires. I had a problem with my payment method and they helped me a lot to fix it. The room has all the things that you need. Complete breakfast with homemade bread and pancakes, etc.
