Federico is an incredibly wonderful person and was a huge help finding interesting/ cool things to experience. The street facing rooms were excellent, the back side rooms weren't as awesome as the others, but all were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always delightful and fresh. Location is excellent, right on the cusp of Palermo Hollywood/ Soho, excellent mix of things and places to see and do.

I wish we could have stayed longer... Other than that I cannot think of anything I would change or ask for.

Really nice stay. The location is actually amazing, very near lots of restaurants and bars, everything walking distance in a nice neighborhood. They don’t offer a gym but have daily pases for a near by gym which I loved!! Breakfast was really complete and staff was super kind and nice.

The hotel is really old and its nice and all but there are a lot of tiny details. Like my window didn’t fully closed so at night there was a little bit of wind getting in, and then with the rain got a little wet in the floor.

The staff, Juliana, Charlie and Adriana were terrific, they could not have been more helpful and engaging. The location was great with regard to some interesting restaurants and good re. proximity to tourist sites. Public transport and taxis are relatively inexpensive. Breakfast selection was appropriate, and the bed was excellent.

the staff were incredible- they made us feel very welcome and even accommodated an early check in as we had an early flight. we also needed some laundry mailed to us as it was closed the day we departed and they picked it up and mailed it to us the very next day. they truely go above and beyond. also the location is perfect, so many restaurants nearby and a great area. we will definitely stay again.

Really great location in the centre of Palermo and not too far to the nearest bus stops into the city centre. The staff were really friendly and the hotel room was nicely decorated.

You had to order from a set menu for breakfast rather than help yourself - as a vegetarian there weren't many options but if you eat meat there was a good selection.

The only bad thing I have to say about this property is the price the receptionist tried to charge us for a taxi to the airport. We were quoted double the price of what it should be, which is not great- she also told me there were no Ubers which was incorrect.

Everything was just perfect. The hotel is very clean and very tastefully, stylishly and originally furnished. Moreover, the central location in the beautiful and charming Palermo district is top. The A La Carte breakfast was very tasty. Last but not least, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the hotel in every respect.

Lack of proper coffee machine at the room, the air conditioning - heater didn't worked as expected, some parts of the room were not so clean, but it was ok over all

The location was great with lots of restaurants in the area. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The housekeeper did a good job keeping it clean and replaced the towels every day.

The hotel uses an attached restaurant next door for their breakfasts. Their selection of breakfast items is limited. Their only waitress was good but seemed stressed due to the high number of customers.

Very frindly staff and reception upon arrival. Very instrumental in terms of advice for nice restaurants, good taxi;s etc. Very helpfull with arranging breakfast package in case of early departure to airport. We will go back next time !

Sometimes street noise a bit loud, but this was outside control of the hotel.
