So we stayed in several places in Buenos Aires and alot of different rooms in this hotel.....The apartment is the best way of staying and visiting Buenos Aires with value for money...., make sure you pay in cash (from western union blue dollar rate). The apartment with balcony is randomized but you have hit the jackpot if you're floor 12 or up as the view is breathtaking....but not of the congress area.. you feel like a millionaire.... I would change the shower head to something smaller because the big showerhead just droops down due to it being over weighted. The pool side is fantastic with a tranquil Buddha vibe that lights up well at night. The treadmills work ok and the gym is fine for what you need it for. Breakfast was classic to what other hotels in Buenos Aires also offered...the lifts for the main hotel get overused in peak times but the apartment section is organised in the next swanky building with separate , bigger lifts that you can order take out to go to. The junior suit looked cool when I looked in , unlike the executive or deluxe suite I stayed , the junior has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the congress

It needs to be more clear on booking.com , how to pay to avoid the true rates , what the rules of the hotel are before booking and I think checkout should be later than 10 , breakfast is always too busy.

Location, cleanliness.

Breakfast arrangements. Organisation of the dining room was such that people constantly had to dodge around each other, and it is very busy and congested. Could be easily solved with moving the furniture around to better effect. Also not keen on the fact that much of the buffet was laid out on a surface where everyone was breathing over it and squeezing past it. Again, could be easily solved.

The room and bath was nice and clean. Good location. Taxi and bus just around the corner. Breakfast was ok. Pool too.

Too bad they didn't offer you free towels for the pool, launchers are kind of dirty. Stuff in the breakfast room not really friendly. Very bad soundproofing in rooms. 2 out of 5 * The rules are too strict what is allowed in room like food or alcohol. Very pushy to get my credit card up front, even i booked through Booking. com

Convenient location. Room was nice and spacious. Nice breakfast, though not as much variety as other hotels I've visited. On the last day, they stored our luggage for free. They lent us a sube card, so we could use the public transport, we just had to top it up.

The breakfast could have had more variety, and the room where we had breakfast was very cramped with tables and chairs.

Probably one of the best views from your shower you'll ever have in your life. If you can, book the junior suite as the floor to ceiling windows are more breathtaking than the small windows in the deluxe and exec suites. Everything else was perfect. The gym works well , the pool looks beautiful . Just make sure you are early to breakfast....it gets busy.

I loved the view from my room, I think I was in the 13th floor and it's spectacular. Location is good as it is well connected by subway although the surrounding area seems a bit beaten up but it is definitely active. The hotel itself is well decorated and looks clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helped me to get a taxi when there was a shortage of Uber in the city and made it on time to the airport The room is comfortable and everything was fine, nothing to complain about. Hotel during my stay was busy and still my room and floor were quiet

I think breakfast could be improved, however coffee was fine. The rest of my stay was pleasant

The breakfast was too basic and the same every day, which when you stay more than a few days, gets very boring. Just need to add sausage and eggs or something like that. The check out time is too early. 10am is the earliest I've ever checked out. The pool needs cleaning and you have to bring the towels from your room.

pretty much we booked this place because it was the only one we could find with a decent gym and the gym was indeed very nice. Small but had everything for a proper work out and hardly every used by other people.

I think the breakfast could have been much better for the type of hotel. They don't even offer eggs which i found it very bad.

The breakfast was continental so its fair to say it was good. The king size bed was really comfy. The staff was really nice and helpful.

We had ants in our bathroom, needless to say they change our room. We were not crazy about the neighbourhood, a bit remote and in a textile environment....

The hotel has all the necessary amenities. Rooms are neat & clean. Amazing views. Breakfast has a good selection. Restaurant has a nice lunch/dinner menu. were helpful & friendly.

Not located in a very nice area. Had to take taxi to get to the tourist areas...but not far off. Good value for money.
