Our group had an amazing experience during our stay at UP Americas Plaza. From the start, the staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our group. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While we had a great time overall, we did notice that sometimes the staff took a bit longer to respond to our requests. However, this was a minor issue and didn't affect our overall experience significantly. Overall, our group had a fantastic time at UP Americas Plaza and would highly recommend it to others. We'd rate our experience a solid 9 out of 10.

Location is close to the city centre but sadly there is plenty of homeless people in the street nearby. Hotel has 24 hours reception - check in could be done at any time, very helpful Rooms and bathroom are big and spacious Very clean

We stayed few times in this hotel. Last room they gave to us was a bit old and beds smaller that usual - room 905. Hair dresser was not working in that room. Water is leaking from the shower in some of the rooms, not all of them. Breakfast 7700 pesos, a bit expensive but very good views and bufet. There isn't enough light in the centre of the room. It is not the best location if you are going to go out during the night and come back to hotel late and walking.

The hotel is very well located at the center of Buenos Aires. Room was sufficiently spacious and clean. The breakfast was ok, but more fruit and a bigger choice of eggs would have been nice (they only prepared scrambled eggs). Staff was friendly and forthcoming. They gave me an early check-in and prepared a breakfast to go on the day of departure, since I had to leave early in the morning.

This is clearly not the hotel's fault, but with the parallel currency exchange rates the prices on Booking do not reflect the real value of the room. It should be said, however, that the hotel offered the possibility to pay cash at a more convenient exchange rate. The hotel is generally ok, but slightly run down. The shower is leaking and I always ended up with water on the bathroom floor.

The staff was helpful, kind, and very easy to speak to (: very nice energy.

Mold in the vents up above the bed i think. Not good for health reasons. But the rest of the room was nice! Maybe have some sugar and sugar free sugar for guests near the coffee / tea cups.

The staff was great. Cleaning was very good, we came everyday from the warmth and found everything tidy and nee towels! Very nice for families, specially with babies, the room has plenty of space and a mini kitchen with kettle, microwave and a mini fridge, super convenient. There’s a Starbucks in the corner, a supermarket in the front of the hotel, drugstore 24h around the corner and bars, also WU one block from it. TV with many entertainment options was great too!

It’s oldish, probably more than what it looks on the pictures. Shower is not fully covered so a lot of water goes out, not great to shower babies/kids but doable. Towels could use a change, they were clean but yellowish for the use.

I loved the location, a block and 1/2 from the Plaza del Congreso, and the neighborhood, with a variety of eating places around every corner.

I felt the room could have used some sound proofing. You could hear the elevator every time it stopped on the floor.

Very clean. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Close to Congress and 15 minutes walk from the obelisco. Metro station and eaters less than 5 minutes walk. Excellent shower with toiletries including shower gel provided.

Sadly the road outside has been dug up and left to cover the hole are 2 metal sheets which make a hell of a racket once a vehicle passes over it.

Room spacious, bed comfortable and big tv

No phone to comunicate with reception. Next room comunicated to mine with a single door and in the evenings I could hear everything from next door throught the door. No option of get food in the hotel. The rooms need some updating. Shawer wasnt always hot

Comfortable rooms, standard breakfast. Near to metro station, easy to get anywhere quickly.

We were told it was not possible to store the luggage for a few days (since we went on a small trip and then back), but there was a storage place nearby.

Very convenient location near Congreso which allowed me to explore an area I didn’t know yet. Close to some amazing Art Nouveau architecture on nearby Rivadavia and de Mayo. Secure controlled access to reception and lifts. Reception was an oasis of calm on Worldcup football finals night. Definitely exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again.

The street it is on is not exactly beautiful. Room decoration was good but had a few scuffs; shower screen design allowed water to go all over bathroom floor. The shower water pressure was excellent though !
