The location is great in a very walkable neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to public transportation. The staff is remarkably friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. The restaurant on the ground level is a good choice in case you don’t want to leave the property. They serve a tasty breakfast every morning with many different choices from the healthy to the not so healthy and everything was delicious.

The Palo Santo Suite has two small balconies and a spectacular view of the Palermo skyline. We kept the glass doors open as much as possible to enjoy the nice weather outside. The only problem is the amount of dogs barking at any given time, day or night. Also, there’s a lot of noise coming from the Club Atlético Palermo with cheering from games happening almost every evening (we eventually got used to it and ended up liking it)

Staff, staff, staff! Oh, wow, this hotel is gorgeous and stylish, but it's the staff that really makes it special. They learned our names right away, and were so friendly, fun and helpful with everything we needed, including changing dollars, doing laundry, giving excellent recommendations, etc. A highlight was also the bike rental that was included with the price of the room. The bike lanes around Palermo are incredible and safe, and we rode all the way from the hotel to the MALBA, then back through the Rosedal in the park. Loved the breakfast here too, and the quiet, stylish and spacious room. There's also a pharmacy, laundromat, deli, bakery, supermarket and wine shop on the block, which is very handy if you're staying a few days.

This hotel is located a little further from Palermo Soho / Plaza Armenia / Plaza Serrano than I would have liked, and to get there you have to cross the train tracks over Juan B. Justo, which I don't love, but it's really close to Carranza subway station and Santa Fe bus lines for accessing other areas of the city, and there are lots of great restaurants within a few blocks.

the property was in a nice quiet residential area. the room was big and attractive. the bed was super big and comfortable and the air conditioning great. room had nice private balcony . Carmelo was especially helpful at the front desk. full English speaking staff was helpful. the eating area was very nice . in a garden .

the pool water was murky . did not use. the breakfast was only alright . no hand held shower only overhead

Loved this hotel. I booked last minute after I had a flight delay and arrived in the middle of the night and they were very accommodating. It’s located in a safe and busy part of town, and close to many cafes and restaurants. It was clean and the staff all spoke English as well as Spanish, which was helpful. I felt that the price was great and the overhead/rain shower was a nice touch. The garden in the middle of the property is beautiful.

Everything was great! Amazing location, super cute and clean room, super-friendly and helpful staff! The staff was very caring and gave us a lot of tips for our stay. Also, the breakfast restaurant was very good and they happily accommodated the vegan options!

The only improvement I see is adding some fitness centre/space to the hotel, but it is not the most important thing.

Room was lovely - very clean, with modern decor. Very comfortable bed and linens. Clean bathroom. Great location - could easily walk safely to nice restaurants and shops in Palermo and nearby park areas. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Nice, small outdoor dining area on first floor, plus small indoor restaurant. Breakfast was included in our room rate.

The attention was great, breakfast was delicious, the room was very spacious and clean. Besides cleaning the room the made sure to organize my belongings, it was nice to come back from a long day of work to a perfect room.

The only thing is the street noise. You could hear everything.

this hotel is amazing, beautiful and confortable. the staff was kind and super helpful, always willing to help. The check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm, but we arrived early and they gave us the room at 11! I really appreciated all they do for us and I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and the location was excellent. Its a lovely area and the hotel basically is in a position to discover Buenos Aires. Included breakfast was good and the rooms have all the basics you need.

The internet kept disconnecting, so the one day that I had to work remotely that became an issue. I do have the feeling it might be "a thing" around the area based on feedback from colleagues.
