Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful old building well maintained with character in a great neighborhood.

My room was on top where I had to take 4 flights of stairs and cross a long hallway. I don't mind the stairs, but I arrived late at night and the staircase and hallway was very dim and hard to see. More lighting would be better.

We really enjoyed our experience in Hotel Costa Rica. We enjoyed an arrival drink up on the rooftop terrace. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and approachable and helped us understand the subte system as well as the best way to get from place to place and they were chatty and smiley. The breakfasts were delicious, and the building was filled with charm. It is in such a safe area and there are millions of nice cafés, restaurants, bars and clothes shops in the area. It's walkable to Evita's museum and to the ecopark and botanical gardens.

Absolutely loved the area! So many great bars and restaurants in walking distance, yet quite and save. Extremely friendly and professional staff (all spoke very well english as well). Nice breakfast and beautiful roof terrace. Beautiful building in general!

unfortunately we hd mould beneath our aircon (room 21) When we raised this issue, the mould was cleaned immediately- however we would have felt better with a different room. The rest of the room, as well as the bathroom and the rest of the hotel were extremely clean!

I really liked the location, hotel and staff. The hotel was so stylish and beautiful. There was a great lobby, and on the last floor was chill zone. We lived in the economy room. Here was air conditioning.

Unfortunately, we don't like that the bathroom wasn't in the room. We had our own bathroom, but it was at the end of the corridor. We stayed here in the middle of June and in the bathroom was quite chilly. But, if you stay here in the summer, it isn't bother. :)

Excellent concept and vibes inside the hotel. Staff is super nice and everything is super clean and organized. The bed and the room were super comfortable. Best thing is the location near Palermo with very nice shops.

The shower was great but there was no door between it and the toilet and it got wet pretty easily. The toilet space in my particular room was small and not comfortable for a tall guy like me.

The hotel is very well located and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is also very appropriate. The room was clean and quite comfortable.

The entrance door of the room was old and it didn't lock well. I was afraid of leaving valuable stuff inside the room when I went out.

Friendly and helpful staff in a wonderfully quirky, charming historic building. Every room is different and unique - be sure to explore! Wonderful rooftop terrace with bar service at happy hour, and great public areas. Good location for exploring Palermo on foot, easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants. This was a perfect last night in Argentina for our group of friends.

Some confusion with our pre-arranged airport transfer on arrival. Might be easier to just take a taxi.

Lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel and facilities are nice, with a great staff. They helped us set up transportation to the airport. There is a place just a few houses away that sells bread and baked goodies to go, try it out!

The hall and dinning lounge is very hot with no AC (the bedroom itself does have good AC). Long stairs to get to the bedroom, I hope they get their elevator working soon, currently it's only being used for cargo such as luggage.

Excellent location. Good breakfast, nothing outstanding but alright. The room was clean and stylish, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was perfect for me as I was traveling alone, but if you plan to share this room with someone, beware that the bathroom has "saloon" doors, so there is no privacy in the bathroom at all.

It turned out to be pricier than I expected.

We had an amazing welcome by the hotel staff! During our stay at the hotel they were very helpful and always in a good mood! moreover it was extremely clean and the cleaning staff was very nice! there is a beautiful terrace that is available to everyone 24 hours. all the staff were very kind and naturally hospitable! for us Lucas was amazing for everything!
