Friendly helpful staff at reception. We liked the location to EZE Airport. Also liked the complex around the hotel with shops and restaurants. Nice local area.

Everything was good. We booked room with breakfast, we were leaving at 06.30hrs the day staff said a prepared breakfast would be ready for us. When we came down the person on duty didn't seem to know. He pleasantly got then got us a quick coffee and biscuits before our taxi arrived. Would have liked a more substantial prepared breakfast. I know it was early.

A last minute booking for a flight delay. Chose this because it looked near to the airport. The area was much more 'local' than central Buenos Aires, which we liked. The complex of shops, restaurants and the hotel was welcoming and cute. We had an excellent balcony on an enormous room. I would recommend using the hotel transfer/ taxi service - much better value for money and they were pretty much on time. Staff spoke English well (in addition to Spanish) which was perfect for us as terrible Spanish speakers! The Italian restaurant down the avenue was open late and also doubles up for breakfast in the morning.

The staff were very helpful, particularly, once we arrived arranging transfers to and from Jorges Newbury airport. Fortunately we found out that you are only met in the airport with a sign with your name on if you order it in advance and pay 1,500 more pesos. Otherwise they expect you to have WhatsApp. We only had that with wi-fi in the hotel. The location in a retail complex was very good for choices of eating lunch and dinner.

We had a nightmare on arrival at the International Airport. It had been very difficult to communicate with the transfer people who were different from the reception people from home. We were not given email addresses, our preferred communication. We could use WhatsApp from home but did not know Buenos Aires airport has free wi-fi that does not involve a sign up. We were unable to find the transfer we ordered. We had to use another company, much more expensive and after a lot of hassle. The emails all come from Booking.com and you did not give us the means to communicate with the hotel or the transfers. This is a major problem for us.

Large room, comfortable bed, good aircon. Breakfast was in a restaurant just outside the front door (which was fine). Staff very helpful about booking airport taxis and changing a big dollar bill for smaller notes to pay for the taxi.

Not so much did not like as could be better explained....we ordered a taxi through the hotel to collect us from the EZE domestic terminal. Finding the taxi was difficult as they wait outside the terminal in a mass of cars. I wish we had known that ahead of time. The driver contacts you through WhatsApp.

We needed a stop over between flights and as we’d already spent time earlier in holiday in Buenos Aeres Centre this was perfect. 15 min taxi ride (about £15 for four of us with 4 large cases and 4 cabin cases). Situated within a quaint shopping village with shops ranging from clothing to furniture and some lovely cafes, restaurants and fast food chains. Hotel spoke excellent English as our Spanish is limited. Very welcoming and helpful team at reception. Organised taxi back to airport for us.

About 20 minutes drive from Ezeiza airport. Located in a shopping centre and a little hard to find, but staff were friendly and helpful. The one elevator is small and slow; no restaurant nor room service - but that's too much of an issue because there's a few eating places nearby. Staff at Reception will arrange transport to the airport. Rooms are large and clean; air conditioning is ok.

Friendly front desk staff. Terrific firm beds - great sleep after long flight. Very clean - impressive! Spacious room. Close to EZE for very early morning flight. Situated in a lovely shopping forum, lots of food choices. Felt safe at all times (travelling solo). Would definitely stay here again.

No coffee making facilities in room No tissue boxes/ pen etc Abit overpriced but at least it was just a 10 - 15 mins drive to EZE so saved money on taxi fare!

Good location for stopover from airport. Surrounding shopping centre and some restaurants. Clean hotel and rooms. Helpful staff.

For the price and star rating would expect complimentary bottle of water. No tea/coffee making facilities or cups or glasses in the room either which is a bit strange especially as I stayed in a room described as an ‘Executive Double Room’ with ‘self catering’. There was nothing to self-cater with. I asked for a kettle so they loaned me one from the kitchen and i just happened to have a camping stove cup with me to use! The ‘self catering’ description is definitely misleading. Water and refreshments in the fridge are charged extra.

There is not really an airport shuttle. We waited for nearly 2 hours after the hotel was called to send us a shuttle and finally took a taxi to the hotel. We booked a shuttle/ taxi thru the hotel to get back to the airport early the next morning and that worked out well. You pay for airport transportation.

The location is ideal especially if you are just "transiting through" as we were. The room was basic and clean, we left too early the next morning to try the breakfast however there were plenty of food options around the home.
